This company of Tara and Allan are master manipulators. Con artist of the bait and switch. Raising his voice to me in my home Alen and Tara yelled at me saying they would give partial refund or require addition $2,000. I was stuck. They knew it and they planned it. Every contracter I spoke to after, told me of this scam. Get the bulk of the money up front then they own you. These people give a ambiguous quote no detail, so they have no accountabilty. Unprofessional, cons and shoddy work. The best part of their job was them leaving me to fix all the hacks they made. Reviews are fake. Let's contact these people who "reviewed" them.

Allen Santone owes me $4580 dollars. I was awarded a civil judgement against him that he has made…read moreno attempt to date to pay. I hired Allen's company to replace older wooden decking and railing with Trex. I paid $6838 upfront to cover demo and $3488 of that for the Trex decking. Similar to the issues stated in other reviews, Allen quoted a total of $9838 for the entire job on a very vague contract then began asking for additional money after demolition left the deck unusable. Initially, I was asked for additional money to address wood rot on the frame and joists of the original deck. This was not completely unexpected due to its age. Allen then came back and asked for additional money stating that the joists were not level, another similarity to one of the negative posts below. After significant delays, my goal was to get the job finished as I had already paid a significant amount of money to Allen and his company. At this point Allen tried to convince me to hire his company to construct a retaining wall, which I declined and simply asked that he finish the job I had paid for. After declining his services to construct a retaining wall several more times and insisting that he do the work he'd been paid for he then told me that his "connection" who he normally gets materials for $1000 from could not be located and that the total for materials was now over $10,000. I had already paid $3488 for materials upfront. By this time we were several months beyond the start of the project. Since the contract that work was being executed against was a fixed price contract I was not willing to pay the additional cost for materials. At that point Allen stated that he was only willing to issue me a partial refund of $2400 which didn't even cover the money I had paid for materials that were NEVER DELIVERED. I requested that Allen return half of what I had paid him, which I thought was more than fair since he was the one breaking the contract. He refused. I ended up filing a claim against him in South Carolina's Magistrate's court for which I was awarded $4580. I had to hire a whole new company to not only finish the work but also address issues that I had paid Allen and his company for. I also ended up purchasing materials twice since Allen took money for materials that he never ordered or delivered and refused to refund payment for.
