They sent 2 technicians who quickly repaired the damage, replacing a broken hinge and resetting my garage door on the track. Charged me a service fee ( around 125, i think?) and for 15$ for replacement hinge. They suggested i replace the plastic wheels on my garage door track to prolong the life of the motor, but weren't pushy when I said no. Can't blame them for seeing an upsell opportunity and asking, and appreciate that they didn't push on it. Overall took less than 30 minutes total from the time they got here.
