Their website contact form only requires your email, with a mobile number optional. We thought email was the way they would go and I also mentioned this in my initial inquiry through their web form. For us, we opted for email (documents all that was said) and had hoped to set up an appointment easily for someone to come by in person to answer our many questions and see our rough sketches and pics of what we we wanted to build. That did not happen. I got an email from them that they don't arrange an appointment by email and they require a ~15 minute phone conversation first to "be on the same page" as they replied to me. I replied to them that having a person come by to talk to face to face and avoiding a pre-screening process by phone upfront was the way we wanted to do this and having an estimator here would indeed put us all, "on the same page". Definitely Bad vibes here right from the start and the person handling new contracts and estimates never replied back to me after my reply. Attitude is everything! We won't be in touch with this company again. Lost sale! We have two other estimates scheduled and they were set up easily through emails to the contractor and in only a few minutes. A 3rd estimate is pending and that was done with just a few texts back and forth. Simple, straight forward and brief ....it's our way of getting things done as it is for many of the contractors in our area for estimates, ...but, it is definitely not the Lewis Creek's method!

We had great difficulty finding a local roofer--with three companies, we faced multiple no shows, long waits for call backs and quotes, and trouble with scheduling. It seemed like none of the roofing companies had time for us. Someone suggested we take an alternate route and work with a general contractor...in comes Stewart Construction. Their quote was comparable to the roofing numbers we had seen, and we were scheduled to begin work two weeks later. S.C. was patient while we deliberated over colors and options, and they discussed in great detail how one product compared to another. We went with a 25 (30?) year architectural shingle by CertainTeed. S.C.'s carpenters uncovered a great deal of rot in the frame and nearby siding (half of our roof was 35+ year old metal w/ no plywood underneath). Working hard in the bitter cold, they repaired the damage at little extra cost to us. The porch section of the roof needed rolled out asphalt, which S.C. suggested we complete in the spring to avoid cracking the material. I appreciated that they were concerned with the manufacturer's recommendations and the longevity of the roof. When warm weather settled in, the guys came back and finished up. Overall, I was impressed with Stewart Construction's communication, respect for their client, and commitment to a job well done. When we do other projects around our home, I will certainly contact them again.

Nope. By the end of August, it was a red flag. At this point, I'm seeing the lack of consideration or interest in our business as a blessing in disguise.

I went back there in Fall 2024 to shop again and it seems they closed for business permanently (?). No shed displays or any sign of them still being around. Their website is now closed and their phone number is disconnected. If they moved to anther location, I'd love to know where! I wanted a small second shed for garden supples and they would have been my first choice with no hesitation. Sadly, this review comes too late for others considering a shed from them. :(
