this place sucks and are dishonest and cancels appts with you for your drive and refuses to refund…read moreyour money when they don't follow Wa state laws and there own contract. they do not give full 30 hr course. they let the kids go 10 minutes early daily and they think this is OK!! I was told by ana the owner no refund will be given once a permit is issued. stating you signed and initialed. she won't even follow her own contract and fulfill her side of the contract and complete the classes as required by state law for my daughter. you can only get a permit after signing up for the driving class at 15 they think they don't have to teach our kids according to Wa state laws!!! I would NOT suggest this place. my daughter has done NO DRIVING and 2 of her 4 drive appts got cancelled 1 because the instructor Myra has a emergency and 2nd ana - owner cancelled the day before stating she forgot she has a appt next day. when these had been scheduled 2 weeks in advance. class started jan 29, and class ended Feb 16. hmmmm. ... and my daughter has yet to take her final test. Ana the owner refuses to give me my money back when she WONT a follow her own contract and wa state laws. they are a RIPP OFF. I'm sUte some parents might be ok with this so they can just get there kids classes done. I care about my kids learning in a fair, no stress environment , and among HONEST people. there are LAWS governing these schools. speak up and protect your kids and others out there on the road. they need to be taught right. the laws are there for a reason!!! avoid this place They are only money hangry. She made sure to give me a very detailed and caring explanation afterwards at what I can improve on caring for my safety and others. The front desk guy as well was super sweet and helpful. He helped make sure I was able to take my test after some hiccups. Overall I think they were a good place to choose for my exam. I say never judge a place off a couple bad reviews!

I normally give the benefit of the doubt but I felt compelled to leave this review. My son had a drivers test scheduled and we put off some family things so we could make it to the test. He was scheduled at 3:00pm and we arrived 15 minutes early to help our son freshen up on parallel parking on the backside of the business. My son entered the business, before 3pm and the owner was busy with another student, who had just come in from a drive. My son was ready to start his test and he was told he could not use the business car to take the drivers test, when he and the class were previously told they could. This was common practice. There was a notice in the front indicating they had no cars to use because it was broken down since May. Nevertheless, no one called us or my son to advise us as such. My wife called and our son called to make an appointment and they were never advised we'd have to use our own car, which wouldn't have been an issue. We rushed back to the office and arrived at 3:01. The owner refused to allow our son to take the test because she was "on a tight schedule" and had back to back drivers. She refused because our registration and proof of insurance were not on the table. The young lady in the front was professional and took a look and advised the owner, in front of us, she in fact didn't have any appointments until 4pm. The owner still refused to allow our son to take the test. This was an easy fix and she could have been reasonable. They could have called and advised us of the car situation. Even then, could have extended a little bit of grace, with a little patience, while we gathered our documents from our car. The amount of time we spent trying to get a refund and her troubleshooting the computer, our son could have taken the test. She wasn't in no hurry. She never apologized for the miscommunication. It was ALL our fault. If you, a customer is reading this review, take your business elsewhere. There should be no room for this type of behavior and business etiquette.

She only wants the money , crams tons of kids in a tiny room and makes them watch videos doesn't teach them nor help them learn to drive expecting them to know how despite paying her 4-500 dollars to teach them !!!she's on the phone the entire drives not available when my teenage daughter needs help to drive !!!! Within a few weeks, our daughter was much more confident in her knowledge, as well as her driving abilities. I watched her flourish behind the wheel of her car and truly begin to enjoy driving without the overthinking and anxiety that came with it before.
