She made this beautiful arrangement (in all pinks), for a reasonable price, met me at the graveside and displayed them beautifully for our small memorial service. My sisters funeral was in August 2019, I called and before I called I told all my friends to use…read morethem! It was easy! Well come to find out, that was a horrible mistake! I called and didn't get an answer, so i called back two more times, finally I left a voicemail! I was like dang well maybe they are busy so I will hope for a call! It's September 2019 and never ever got a call back! I mean the funeral has gone and passed, but then my auntie said "Oh hey, did you get that plant that was for you, it said to you on the tag, it was for you to take home!" I was like no I pulled my phone out and looked at all the photos of the flowers, yes I took photos, I think it was the basket, she said nooooo, that is not what I paid for, it was rather expensive and should've been a plant! I said "well maybe she didn't have it" she said "she should of said that when I was ordering it!" First of all if you have someone from another state ordering something then you should fulfill their request! Secondly, if it's not there call them back and ask, don't assume its OK! Third, check your voicemails, I'm annoyed especially when she spend over two/three hundred dollars on an order for something that was for someone in the family! Which means she missed it OR she made something with a different name on it and dis regarded the "to whom" message. The other option is since it said my name it's still in the shop, a perfectly cute plant that my auntie got me for my sisters funeral! If you want flowers go to the Toppenish flower shop! That is where all my other family and friends got it! I just hope nothing was missed! Makes me feel like I shouldn't have walked around and checked, but I should not have to!!

Two years ago when my Mom died I had a great experience calling a local florist in Spokane directly…read moreto order a funeral spray so I did the same for my mother-in-law's funeral service in Yakima. They were very kind and helpful on the phone and it sounded as though they would be a great choice for the flowers for my mother in laws service. I was a little surprised when they told me that funeral sprays START at $200 but agreed to the price because I wanted something really nice for sons' grandmother. I gave them my credit card over the phone and they agreed to send me pictures once the spray was done. Imagine my surprise when my son sent me pics of the flowers that he received at the service. First, I was surprised that the florist hadn't sent me the pictures they'd promised. But when I saw the pictures I realized why-- they had sent a BOUQUET of flowers and not a SPRAY of flowers to the service. When I called to complain they offered to make the spray and send it but this was after the service and too little too late. They asked me what they could do and I said refund me the difference as I paid way too much for a bouquet of flowers. They did refund me $50 so I essentially got a beautiful bouquet for $50 more than the nicest version I could have purchased online. I would not call this florist to order directly and instead use teleflora or 800 flowers where you see exactly what you get as you order it.
