After decades of counseling, family therapy, energy work, etc., finding this amazing woman has been a godsend for both me and other family members looking for a solid breakthrough from old patterns and lingering issues. At first, Heather looked almost "too young" and "too pretty" to be effective ( as I am many decades older than she) but she is incredibly wise beyond her years, an amazing therapist with deep insight. She gets to the heart of the matter and has seen me through and beyond heartache and pain, into greater connection with myself and my family.' Heather has helped me craft letters and form conversations that help me communicate my truth to people I love and this has helped transform several of my family relationships in such positive ways. I especially love her use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and find it to be a highly meaningful and effective modality. Heather has helped both me and my daughter heal ancient trauma, negative patterns and issues we'd not gotten past with previous therapists. I am happy to sing her praises and to highly recommend her services.

Sarah helped us with communication and opening up. I'm so glad I found Sarah and couldn't be happier with this new journey.

I first came to Judith in late 2018. I had an incredibly intense fear of dying and of the eternity…read morethat supposedly comes after death. My mind couldn't handle the idea of eternity and I would just panic when I thought about it. I thought Past Life Regression would help so I reached out to Judith for hypnosis. At the time, Judith did not do PLR, so instead we focused on my family issues (I had many) and my fear of dying and it all helped me so much. I was able to make some big decisions in my life, set some boundaries that needed to be set, and I was able to take on some responsibilities with a more open mind. Then in the spring of 2021 I got an email from Judith that she was now offering Past Life Regression and I was so excited. I made an appointment immediately and went through the PLR process for the first time last week. It was amazing! Judith was so compassionate and present for the entire thing. Even if I said something that sounded so odd to me, I could hear that she was smiling when she talked and she just accepted everything as it happened in my PLR session and that made me fully accept it all, too. And the crazy thing is that I saw this whole other life that my soul had and I felt SO connected to it. Even a week later, it still brings tears to my eyes. I smile when I think about her and her family and the love she felt and the souls she knew in that life. It brings such comfort to me now as I face hard things in this life. It was so beautiful and such a wonderful experience and Judith was the perfect person to help me with this. I cannot recommend Judith enough. She is an amazing human being and helped me so much.
