To give credit where it's due, Volume sent in a new crew who completed the job entirely to our satisfaction. Volume paid for a furniture repairman to take the bed frame out and repair the damage all at their cost. I have no problem recommending Volume Carpets if you're looking to replace your flooring and we are appreciative of the way they honoured their contract.
