The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. I have the staff members name but do not want to mention it so not to.embarass him for the lack of follow through ( Diego). Im taking a pass on this company. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together.
