The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. I have the staff members name but do not want to mention it so not to.embarass him for the lack of follow through ( Diego). Im taking a pass on this company. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together. Take responsibility for your mistakes and do better. Good luck to the next business person that wastes their time with your company.

I got weird feelings about her last couple of years,…read moregiving me religious advice while doing taxes, almost like guilting me, in a undercurrent sense, for honest business deductions. I liked all her quotes peppered to her walls at first, but after this experience I find it disgusting and a false cover. This year I went to a CPA to consult for this year and found out she had not depreciated my rental properties all along, bad on me for not overlooking her work and just trusting her. All along she said she has rental properties so I trusted she would know... apparently not. What I find contradictory is her salacious greed, not that a "Christian" can't drive a Tesla, or wear LeBoutin ($700+) pumps, but I found her becoming more condescending over the years. Slapping 1099 papers on her desk for the men doing work for me, acting like I've been breaking the law, all the while misinforming on a subject she is paid for is insulting. By the way, I am Christian, but that really shouldn't matter- I wasn't going to church, but to a tax preparer, and an incompetent one at that! Early on I gave her too much credit, the CPA said she doesn't know what she's doing! Be careful using her services. Trust is #1and she failed.

I had the pleasure of working with Joel Bock, who was recommended as an expert in estate and trust accounting. Having had the unfortunate duty to serve as a trustee to a departed family member, the accounting issues were something I did not look forward to. Joel was very understanding, calming, and professional. He explained everything to me and was very patient. In the future, I will be recommending Joel to friends and family who need a professional accountant who is qualified to handle specialized CPA work. He did a great job for the trust and was good to me personally. Great Job DPVB! And thank you.
