With Taxes season already here, I am glad to have been recommend this amazing business. I made an appointment ahead of time however showed up 1 hour due to a confusion on when I setup the time. Thankfully, they were gracious with me and still accepted me. Since I only had one main document within 15 minutes they finished my taxes. They were truly amazing ! Will definitely be coming back read more

Just left right now. Overall, it was an okay experience. The receptionist was very polite & offered me something to drink. Victor was really busy & was talking to another customer over the phone while preparing my taxes. I felt I had a lot of questions, but I'm honestly very shy. He rolled his eyes while answering that customer over the phone & that made me uneasy. I made the mistake of not asking for all the pages of the tax return before signing & did not realized he placed the wrong address until after I left. I went back. He clearly saw me & called a different customer. That customer told him to address me as I had a simple request. He called me back to fix the issue and referred me as a "niña" little girl. I felt disrespected. He doesn't know me like that. I had quite huge purchases last year that I forgot to mention to him. I'll be giving him a call later. They did give away little cups & balloons for Valentine's Day. They are also doing a drawing for a trip. Those were nice gestures. I was charged $85. Make sure you take cash because he seemed annoyed when I tried paying with my card. read more

Servicio decepcionante. Disappointing service. I processed my taxes with Victor Cruz. My forms had mistakes and when I went the next day to ask about them, I received a totally different treatment than the previous day. He was upset that I questioned what he had input in my forms. His tone of voice to my questions was sarcastic and with intent to humiliate me. He belittled my profession with his comments and in the end, he ended up removing a form that lowered my tax refund under the pretext that I told him to take it away. From the beginning his treatment told me that he wasn't going to do anything to help me. I'd rather lose the $110 fee that he charged and go with someone else to finish my taxes than go back to this office. If your forms have mistakes in them, be prepare to be treated grudgingly by him if you go back to ask about it. read more

I went in to ammend my taxes one year & the other year just to do them & Victor did a fantastic job! He took no more than 20 minutes & did them correctly compared to the previous tax person I had gone to! He is inexpensive compared to other businesses! He was also helpful & kind! I told my brother about him & he is going to him! Would recommend! read more

My mom, siblings and I have been going to Victor for our tax services for years. Victor and his staff are very helpful and there's never a long wait like at other tax service places. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. I highly recommend their services! read more

I asked for an estimate so he got everything together and told me he could not file a certain paper and i still had to pay a preparation fee so i paid, i called again today and explained how to do it now instead of offering my money back he just said i don't know what your talking about so im doing them myself and still have to pay 95 to turbo tax so no i would not recommend going there if you don't know how to do something just say so in the beginning, i specifically asked before we got started read more

Fast, easy, and great. No problems, I'm going back next year. I would say give them a chance, and you will be happy.

Let me start off by saying that it was very pleasant to conduct business with Victor. He has great energy and best of all the knowledge to guide you in the right path. This was our first time going to Victor and I have to say that this will be only place I go to for my taxes. He is extremely reasonable with his prices, at first I thought it was a joke and that he was using his advertising only to get people in the door. However, he showed me in the application what exactly he was charging and I was very pleased. Thank you Victor!! Keep up the good work!! read more
