This company will rob you. They will put you in a 10year old car with almost or over 100000 miles on it for about 20,000 dollars. They're a rip off and will hurt your credit horribly. Theyre system sets you up to fail from the beginning but they will try to smooth it over by saying they will work with you but not really. They told me TT and L was included then two days later they called me asking where th almost 500 for the TT and L payment, so I took the car back less than a week later in the same condition I left in it and maybe 100 miles more and now there trying to charge me 15000 gor the car read more

Went here with not much down and bad credit. I was going through a divorce and needed a car asap. Bruce took care of me with no problems. The financing process was super easy. I was then able to pick out the car I wanted. Bruce hooked me up with a fully loaded 2014 ford focus. Pretty slick looking. He really took care of me. I know that all buy here pay here places rip you off. That is what you get for not having perfect credit I guess, but this place takes the cake on screwing people over. I have had multiple issues with them taking out money on the wrong dates causing my bank to go into the negative, and racking up unnecessary charges because of their mistakes. When I spoke to someone about it they asked for the bank statements ,and after I provided them they did nothing about it. The big one though is when I found out that the salesman whom sold me my vehicle boldly lied to me about my leasing term. He told me the whole day it was three years. He walked me through the paperwork telling me to sign here while giving me the overview of what it meant. The whole time he did that he said I was signing for three years. For the last two years and 10 months I believed that I was under a three year term, because that is what I was told. I looked up my pay off quote, and something didn't look right. So I called to get some answers. Apparently I signed for 3 1/2 years while being told I was signing for 3. Of course no resolution was offered at all. I was lied to ,and now I'm stuck paying for another 6 months on a car. Not to mention that I purchased a hail damaged 2008 Ford Focus the value on that car is $3,200 in perfect condition. I will have paid nearly $23,000 for this car with that extra 6 months of payments. Do not buy a car from a place that calls themselves Integrity without knowing the meaning of the word!!! read more

I wont even start with the time I took my car into be serviced and they ran into a wall denting up the back of my car and giving me a piece of crap car to drive around till they fixed it...I wont speak on the insane monthly payments the poor quality of the car, or the down payments they stuck me for, because at the end it was MY fault... at the time I was a recently separated Oklahoma Vet and a VERY PROUD father that needed reliable transportation for my children... I have made my payments faithfully and tried to maintain a good standing with integrity for years.... but then I recently had a family emergency that required me to leave the state of Oklahoma. to see about my children FOR 2 WEEKS... I explained my situation with integrity and thought they would go off of my track record of keeping up on my payments on time.. I explained to them that I would be back in Oklahoma in A few days and that it was simply a family emergency that concerned the care of my children and I will have my payments back in good standing in less than 45 days by making weekly payments along with my monthly payment...they refused.. they demanded money that I didn't have at the time when I truly was going through a family emergency.. . I was only 8 days late and they where talking about picking up my car... I explained to them that if you take my car I cant make weekly payments like we agreed BECAUSE I WOULNDT HAVE A WAY TO WORK.. they didn't care at all... SO REALLY BECAREFUL WHEN U HEAR THAT CAR DEALERSHIPS WILL WORK WITH YOU DURING A TOUGH TIME.. AND BE CAREFULL WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY PAYMENT DEVICES... TAKE IT FROM ME.....
