After taking X-rays, I was told she would be fine with just a splint and that surgery was NOT needed. I trusted that advice, because that's what you're supposed to be able to do when you go to a vet. Days later, I get a voicemail from Dr. Goren admitting that after "really reviewing" the X-rays -- including images they already had but somehow didn't properly review -- they now believe my dog actually DOES need surgery and that it may not heal correctly without it. So my dog was sent home in pain with the WRONG treatment plan because they didn't even fully review her imaging the first time? That is not a small mistake. That is negligence. This delay could have serious consequences for my dog's recovery, all because of a lack of attention to detail. What makes this even worse is the emotional stress and complete betrayal of trust this has caused. As a pet owner, you rely on professionals to guide you during scary situations like this, and instead I was given false reassurance that directly impacted my dog's care. I paid for professional care and instead got careless decision-making and a complete lack of thoroughness. Now my dog may have to go through more pain, more stress, and more expense because of their mistake. If your pet has anything serious going on, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or get a second opinion immediately. I would not trust this place with my pet's health again.

Then at home we noticed at no point Dr. Dodd examined my cat . She listened to my concerns about a fat bump my cat had under his skin and recommended cytology . We left to think about this costly procedure. She also told me I should buy the intelident chews for $16 from her office because the brand she sold was pharmaceutical grade and only could be obtained in her office . I did purchase it. Then at home watching the video clip we saw the entire time she spent with my cat was 6 minutes which mostly I talked . At no point she examined my cat . She didn't touch the body, skeletal, neurological response, she didn't listen to lungs and heart . Didn't use her stereoscope at all. Then I called the office and asked Liz at the front desk to forward me the medical notes . She did . In this record Dr. Dodd noted there was no heart murmur and lungs were clear. Lymph nodes within normal limits and etc. she noted things that she had not examined . I called the office back and told Liz that I was calling to give Dr. Dodd an opportunity to set things right ( didn't ask for a refund ). Hoping for a 2nd visit . Dr. Dodd called me back and said this office wasn't for us and she reimbursed the $80 visit . By the way the inteldent product she sold me for $16 is available on Amazon for $8. In good conscience I felt important to leave this review that maybe this office, not only is not for me but also is not a fit for other cat owners who are looking for a quality care.

Dr Amy I found to not listen to my concerns and experience dealing with an on going chronic issue with my cat. When I disagreed to repeating costly tests I was met with a condescending attitude. When explaining to her why she stated to me "well I dont know we are just spitballing here"-not with my cats health, our time and my money. Dr. Daley is so great and has helped so much over the years. A great person and a great vet. Unfortunately that is not continuing with this new vet. I was concerned about leaving him like usually is in any vet, he's an old boy, but they give him a little shoot to sedate him with me there so he never realized I left and they call me when he was starting to wake up, so I was there for him. Surgery went very well and today he's back playing ball. Dr. Perez is our vet now for my 2 Dogs, I am glad I found this place. Thank you guys !!!
