She had not eaten in three days, however, she lifted her little head and enjoyed her final treats. Chocolate, you say? Not even because they couldn't get us in same-day, but mostly because of the woman on the phone completely FAILING at her job. She was phenomenal. She immediately understood that Krishna is a Bengal, that he's normally happy-go-lucky, and that he was clearly in pain and not himself. They ran tests and ultimately had to extract eight severely infected teeth. I felt like the worst cat mom and instead of judgment, I was met with kindness and reassurance. They explained that this is unfortunately common with the breed, took the time to comfort us, and even asked us to bring in Krishna's sister to check her teeth as well. That level of thoughtfulness meant everything. Dr. King spent a solid 30 minutes with us, walking through every step of the process. No rushing, no pressure, no feeling like we were being upsold just genuine care, education, and empathy. The entire staff was patient, loving, and clearly invested in our pets' well-being.
