This review is long overdue! First, I have to express my gratitude & respect for Dr. Lisa Hwang…read morefor her expertise, gentle care throughout the process, eye for details and is no doubt the whole package. I have been interested in a breast augmentation along with other breast changes for years as no matter what I did with my yo-yo weight loss journey my breasts remained to be a big concern. Last year, I was at a point of frustration with my breasts and pulled info for 2 surgeons. Two appointments were made with both surgeons and fortunately, the first appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lisa Hwang. I was nervous and anxious but I was ready for a change. After my initial consultation, Dr. Lisa Hwang who listened to my concerns/ wishes and answered all my many questions. She also presented all my options, reviewed the whole process step by step to post surgery recovery schedule and after conversing through it all, I felt confident I found my surgeon to do my boob job and scheduled surgery date a couple of weeks later. Surgery Day - I was ready! I was excited and had anxiety, too. Once Dr. Hwang walked into the room, I became calm and relieved where she started to outline my breasts for surgical prep. I had confidence in Dr Hwang's attention to detail and she truly understood what I wanted in the final results and executed it on point. Post Surgery - I will not lie that I was in discomfort, cried, struggled and hated most my restricted sleep position as part of the healing process but had to follow through on doctors instructions. Dr. Hwang was amazing. We were communicating daily via text and via the secure web platform where I uploaded breast pics, too. I felt I was in genuine care with Dr. Hwang and her responses were exactly what I needed - prompt, thoughtful, thorough and clear. I did experience a hiccup in the healing process for a breast a few weeks post surgery which is not uncommon and had to undergo a mini surgery to remedy the issue which was completed in her office. After this procedure, the healing went much more smoothly and without altering the breast aesthetic too much for it to be noticeable. It's 7 months post surgery and I'm so pleased with the final results and so is my longtime boyfriend, too! I'm so happy and in I love that my breasts have enhanced my body silhouette. I can see my waistline! If anyone is looking for a female surgeon with integrity, trustworthy, an expert and knowledgeable in her field and genuinely cares for her patience, Dr. Lisa Hwang is the doctor of choice. Dr. Hwang is a friend for life. Thank you so much, Dr. Lisa Hwang.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hwang. From the very first consultation, I felt heard,…read morerespected, and genuinely cared for. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. The surgeon is incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. My results look natural and exceeded my expectations. The care didn't stop after surgery either -- follow-up appointments were attentive, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and kindly. I would highly recommend Dr. Hwang to anyone considering a breast augmentation. You're truly in expert hands here.

It's definitely on the pricier side, but I decided to try the Clear Skin injection after a week of traveling, not sleeping well, and eating pretty unhealthy. I was honestly surprised at how quickly I saw results! my skin looked noticeably more glowy the next day. The space itself is very clean and professional, and the staff was kind. I do wish they had explained the process, the shot itself, and the specific vitamins a bit more in detail. I'm someone who likes understanding exactly what's going into my body and how it works, so that would've made the experience even better. Overall though, great service and a cool option if you're looking for a quick skin boost. I'd consider going back, especially before an event or after travel.

I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) I want to conclude with my sincerest compliments and gratitude to the one-and-only Jaeny (because you are so uniquely skilled at what you do) for thoroughly indulging me by listening to everything I had to say, and what I was looking to achieve, looking at all of the photos I brought in, lol--going above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking to accomplish, and then fulfilling each and every single one of my expectations, beyond what I had hoped. I'm so glad I found this place and I look forward to coming back!

But navigating peri-menopause, heavy depression, and sudden weight loss all at once completely drained me. The weight loss made my face drop and lose so much volume, and I was feeling so old and ugly that I honestly regretted losing the weight in the first place. Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. It's not about changing your face; it's just rebuilding what you lost. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. We waste so much money on daily coffee and little things without a second thought why not put that toward feeling good in our own skin. Even my husband was totally against me getting anything done at first because he was terrified I'd look fake. But seeing how natural, fresh, and glowing my skin turned out, he completely gets it now and is 100% on board with me keeping up with it. Seeing the results first hand totally changed my perspective, and I finally understand why people do this. Waking up and feeling like myself again has been life changing. If you're struggling and need someone who genuinely cares, go see Skin Refine you will be in the best hands. Not to mention staff and atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

I had gone to several places for consultations and some recommended lasers but said that it was close to the eye and due to my skin type, it wasn't recommended. I Googled around and found this place. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and ran me through my options and answered all my questions. I was even able to get the procedure the day of. He suggested the vbeam laser and that seemed to do the trick. The bruising after can be quite intense and scary looking, but it healed up just as he described. The darkest of my bruising went away around day 5, a small scab formed and fell off day 7. I'm on day 11 now, it's still healing up, it's pale pink in the treatment area and the angioma seems to have faded away nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. I really appreciated his frankness and realistic approach. The staff was great, the procedure went well, and the cost was much less, and the treatment was probably more effective than any of the other treatments I was suggested at the other places I consulted. There is a $150 consultation fee that can be applied to your future treatment. I can't remember, but I think this is good for a few months.

I'm extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled this evening…read more My appointment was scheduled for 5:45 PM. At 4:18 PM today, I received a text asking me to arrive 10 minutes early. I get off work at 5:30 PM, so I rushed through traffic, found parking, and then walked around the building trying to locate the office. Despite all of that, I arrived at approximately 5:46 PM -- one minute after my actual scheduled appointment time. When I arrived, I was told that I was "15 minutes late" and that my appointment would not be accepted. I understand businesses need policies to keep their schedules running smoothly, but asking a client to arrive early does not change a 5:45 appointment into a 5:35 appointment. If arriving by 5:35 was an absolute requirement for receiving the service, that should have been clearly communicated when the appointment was booked--not in a text at 4:18 PM the same day. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the way I was received. After rushing from work, dealing with traffic and terrible parking, and walking around outside in nearly 90-degree weather trying to find the location, I wasn't greeted warmly or even with eye contact. There seemed to be very little effort to understand what had happened or find a solution. I simply felt dismissed. I had actually been excited about coming here and had already told several of my female coworkers about your services. I was hoping this would be a place I could recommend and potentially become a returning client myself. Instead, I left feeling that a customer who arrived essentially on time for her scheduled appointment wasn't worth even a conversation. I hope management will review what happened and clarify the arrival policy for future clients. More importantly, I hope some consideration is given to how clients are received when something doesn't go perfectly according to schedule. Policies matter, but so does kindness and customer service.

At my last session, I was shown an empty syringe and told that everything had been used, but that did not match what I observed during the appointment.
