Tommy was the only one working, and as soon as I explained my situation to him, his immediate response was "Well, we don't deal with Apple Watches here." Later, when I inquired about whether my new phone would still work with the phone plan my family is on, Tommy retorted, "We don't do plans so I don't even know what you guys are talking about." After I had made my phone purchase (which I now regret doing and wished I had walked out) Tommy didn't explain anything about setting it up, didn't transfer any information, and told me there was no way I could retrieve my old texts on my new phone. After returning home, I had to make several phone calls to other Cricket stores and the Apple store. Both employees I spoke with were stunned that Tommy hadn't given me any directions on how to work my new phone. Luckily, the employee from Apple support was able to help me restart the process over the phone and sure enough, my texts did transfer. I have bought from Lebanon Cricket before and have always been satisfied. This was the complete opposite, and my family member and I will be shopping from a new store in the future.
