Bobs , discount furniture, carol house - you name it. Over the weekend we were in Rosebud Missouri antique hunting and grabbing some lunch (Lobe GrainMill ! Delicious). My wife interrupted my frosty beer to show me a picture of a couch. I was confused as this was a new couch. "It's perfect and look at the price! ". After buying it we brought back a trailer to load. Not only did the owner Joe help us load it, he secured it with some wood and helped strap it down. Then he helped wrap it in plastic I brought - that was not good enough. He came back out with plastic warp and sealed it up from the elements. He truly went above and beyond. At one point his daughters needed peanut butter - after that crises (lol) he continued to secure , wrap and study the load until satisfied that we could make it home through wind , hail and storm. Well - it poured on us on the way. There was not a spot or moisture on the couch when we unwrapped it. Perfect ! Joe was all about being nice, helping others and making an honest living while supporting a wonderful family. He and his wife run a great store and are a treasure to be found. We will antique there again and I hope they find that peanut butter !! Take a second and drop in. You won't be disappointed

I think compared to other stores clothing, outside of wal-mart and target, that their pricing is pretty fair. My problem is with the quality of clothing and sometimes accessories. I got a shirt from them that was marked down to like $3 bucks and when I tried it on I noticed that one of the flowers was falling off so I was being careful. Once I got the shirt on I got stuck with a pin that had been put into the flower to hold it on! I bought the shirt anyway because I was easily able to sew the flower back on myself and I couldn't pass up the $3. A ring was also purchased- very cute and with in a week it busted and fell into pieces. I also bought a vest from them and had to tighten up every button (after losing one all together) after one gentle cycle wash. I guess you basically get what you pay for. So, when I'm shopping for clothing I know I'll be wearing frequently or I know I need to last longer, as much as I like their style, I bite the bullet and go elsewhere and pay the higher prices.

This fashion-forward women's clothing boutique boasts lines that I usually can only find online: Keepsake, For Love and Lemons, Wildfox, and Nightcap, just to name a few. I found a killer dress on huge sale, which I couldn't pass up, along with an awesome pair of high-waisted jeans that felt as comfy as pjs. If I lived in SGF, I could see my bank account slowly dwindling as a result of frequent visits to this gem. I easily could have left with more than just two items, but lucky for my wallet, I was limited to one carry-on bag so I couldn't take home too many scores. The sales associates were super friendly as well, which made the experience all-around awesome. I'm totally envious of all you SGF locals who are spoiled by this amazing shop on a regular basis... you better believe Staxx will be on my "must visit" list next time I travel to Springfield.

I got home later that night to find a 50% of coupon on one item up to $59..I felt a little ripped off. I contacted customer service and they handled it right away. I appreciate them working with me!
