At that time they said everything had been filed gave me the amounts I was to receive back . Well shortly after april 15 th I started receiving letters from it's saying I have not filed yet, I immediately called bruce n he claimed there was probably a delay in their system. Then I kept getting letters n I had a full month of unanswered emails, calls to bruce. To bring us to June 20 th I contact th via email threatening to go to board n bbb! I immediately got a response from bruce stating he would get to bottom of this, but that his dad had died n wife got diagnosed with cancer. At end of that day I contacted the house( their office) and tom had told me that I would need to come in to sign pApers , do they could send my taxes off. I was confused n frustrates n outraged. This was the first I heard that thru hadn't filed yet. I end up going in n Tom tells me I need to pay for the outstanding invoices prior to getting my documents! I was very confused n looked at invoices n they were the ones I already paid for.. He said they had no proof of payment , thank god I kept my receipt ( invoice with toms signature on it saying I paid in full) n brought canceled check or else he would have tried to make me pay twice. He then goes to say I have to sign termination contract n the paper basically said thru are not responsible for things thru did wrong!!! He then stated that one of the invoices had actually gone up by over $150 since the last invoice ? I told him I wouldn't pay him a penny more n he refused to give me the documents so I could file! Do not use them they are crooks! So I've now waited 4 months paid over $1200 n still my taxes are not done correctly nor filed. I'm hoping the board of CPA , the bbb n maybe even irs can revoke his license for thru have broken many laws n rules of conduct
