Terrible front office help. Not an environment that you want to put your loved ones in.

I needed to cancel my appointment for 10/6. I started calling on Tuesday 9/30, only to hear a busy signal. I called several times a day until I realized the phone wasn't going to be answered! I drove to St George, directly to their office. I live in Mesquite, NV. I walked in and it was fairly busy in the waiting room. I asked the young lady at the desk, What's wrong with your phone? She answered, I don't know! Really?!? I won't be going for any more treatment... "I Don't Know"...SMH! This is a Psychiatrist Office!!!!! read more

They allowed me to make a very important appointment via Skype with dr. Mansfield regarding some much needed medications. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem, but canceled the appointment last minute. I am very much beyond inconvenienced and dissatisfied with this agency! read more

This has to be the worst place I've ever gotten treatment. Dr. Jardin spent more time lecturing me about my lifestyle than doing anything helpful. She did not help manage my medications, which is what I came in there for. She didn't prescribe me with anything nor even refill the meds I already had. She kept INSISTING that I stop meds that I have been on for years and that were helping me. I tried it nonetheless and with disastrous consequences. She would not listen to me and just kept suggesting things that I KNEW wouldn't help me, and made me try and jump through all types of hoops to come back and maybe get prescribed something. The office experience is bad, too, as it's like you're on parole. They put you through invasive tests, including making you piss in a cup for them, which I've never in my life had to do. They make you write every doctor you've had so they can bother them as well, which takes forever getting all this crap together, only to not give you anything or manage meds you're already on. When I called to switch providers they seemed very offended by the suggestion, at which point I just told them to take me off the books. I went to Ascend instead and they treated me so much better, and I feel awesome. I left integrated psych feeling TERRIBLE! read more

Want be treated like a trapped cow - this is the place. Want a place that tells you your call will be returned in 24 hours when they are IN the office? And, that if your matter is urgent, call 911. (More scolding on the message but you can listen for yourself) How about that call that is NOT an emergency but is URGENT anyway. Really, you see a little spark off the highway and the fire department is too busy, so they tell you to call the National Guard, or the US Marines. Sound reasonable? Want a place that tells you your nurse, doctor, whatever they are cannot be contacted and instead you have to talk to their assistant who acts like YOU are the problem. Seems like maybe their problem is too many cattle in the chute, and they wanna keep em coming so they can $$ ding the insurance - but NOT work for it. Appointments are "encouraged" to be remote, so you never have to see your service provider in person. They are typically late but you cannot be or else. They get paid to be bored - or so it seems. read more
