I have gone to Body Works off and on for over two years. Would never go anywhere else. You feel…read morelike family and that they really care. The front desk personnel are quite efficient and always greet you with a smile and ask how you are and your day is going. My therapists have always addressed my issues and delt with them to help me improve mobility. Love this place.

I went to body works for lower back pain. I explained to the front desk and my PT that I had a…read morehigh deductible plan. PT kept instructing me to schedule more visits and I again explained I was concerned about the cost I would incur. When I received my first bill - Body works billed my insurance- I was shocked at all the multiple charges for one PT visit. When I spoke to the business manager about the multiple charges for 1 visit, she was condescending and unhelpful. Also my PT insisted that I deadlift a kettle bell of 20 lbs. from the floor to waist level. I informed the PT that I could not deadlift 20 lbs. without straining my back. The PT again instructed me to deadlift. I deadlifted the weight and strained my back and was in severe pain for a week. When I returned the PT again instructed me to deadlift the weight. I told him that I experienced severe back pain for a week due to back strain from deadlifting. I refused to lift the weights. My PT was unsympathetic and scolded me for not lifting the weight. My PT gave me several new home exercises every session I came in. Within a a few weeks I had 18 home exercises that I was supposed to do every day. It took me at least 90 minutes, daily, to do the home exercise program. I had to make a chart to keep track of all the exercises and the # of repetitions that I was prescribed. Looking back I now know that my PT did not follow a Plan of Care -although there was likely a POC on paper-and he was assigning new exercises because he was disorganized or too rushed or didn't care about the quality of care he provided. I am still making monthly payments and the business manager is unfriendly when I go into the office because I want a receipt. The billing statements are a joke because the statements never show any payments I made and that is why I have to go in person to the office to pay and get a receipt for my payment. In the end I did not see any lasting improvement in my back pain and I had a big medical bill.

I have been with Doctor Naraghi almost 2 years! He's been heaven sent. I'm reading all of the lower…read morestar reviewers comments, and honestly, this Doctor is a ten star doctor of spine care. I don't believe the wait times are that bad. If they are, Doctor Naraghi, is worth the wait. I've seen some some really terrible doctors in the same building, and waited longer to see them, and they did absolutely nothing, and did NOT care either. Doctor Naraghi is a specialist in high demand, honest, caring. He's definitely on top of the spine surgery game. I'm very thankful as an athlete, gym goer, and gym rat for Doctor Naraghi. I've learned more in one visit at Doctor Naraghi's office, than any other spine care doctors office in 10-15 visits. Doctor Naraghi, is an effective communicator with a memory of an elephant. I guarantee visiting, and with Doctor Naraghi, you will definitely get better over time. I've had the one surgery, on my spine. I'm definitely doing better than I was. I have a really horrific situation, and Doctor Naraghi is sticking with me. Doctor Naraghi, was upfront, honest, candid and straightforward about my results of the MRI I had. I didn't understand why it was happening to me. But, it did. I'm sticking with this doctor until I'm confident I cannot get any better. The most beautiful thing about Doctor Naraghi, is his warm spirit, his smile, and communication skills! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had a Doctor so loving, caring and knowledgeable. I thank goodness for him.

Absolutely amazing spine Dr . I have had multiple visits with Dr. Naraghi and his staff . Top of…read morethe line equipment, Rockstar patient care and so detailed and patient oriented that you know you're valued and the number one priority . Everyone there is super nice , very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He is the very best at what he does and so is his entire team . Thank you Dr Naraghi a million times over . That's not even to mention how well the procedure actually works . I was suffering beyond anything I've ever been through . I literally rolled out of bed every day and crawled on the floor for over 30 minutes before I could stand , I couldn't stand or walk longer than 10 minutes before the pain and complete numbness took away my ability to use my legs . I literally thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair permanently. (This is not an exaggeration) I was terrified I would lose my job and ability to walk . Then I was referred to Dr Naraghi , he spared no expense and effort to identify and address my problems . We started with the simplest and non invasive procedures and started working our way up . Yes eventually I will need complete disclosure replacements in my last three vertebrae, but not yet , thanks to his expertise and amazing team . I go in every 4 months and get epidural injections on both sides of my spine (temporarily but wonderfully) these have all but eliminated my symptoms. I can work 12 hour days , walk unassisted all day , I can work out ( moderately) play with my kids and take walks with my wife . I got my life back and while Dr Naraghi was giving me my life back , he and his team have been ultimately kind , caring, insightful, laser focused on me when I'm there and so supportive. Thank you , thank you , thank you
