They ignored that information and sent a so called technician named Nathan Merenyi to see how much he could inflate the quote for a basic removal. We showed him the entry point where the eavestrough had pulled away leaving an opening. He didn't even bother putting a ladder up to get a closer look. Instead he wanted to see how many soffit vents there were to try and charge for entry prevention. We told him this was the first breach in 20 years and the soffit vents were fine. We requested that they install a one way door and after the squirrel was excluded seal the entry point. He said so all you want is a basic removal and we said that is all we require. We asked that he email it to us. He then sat in his truck for 30 minutes writing up a quote for his version of a basic quote. He then left and later I received his quote for a total of $1,812.52 (see attached image) The most corrupt business I have ever dealt with. They charge $695.00 for no reason on to of the Can you imagine what they charge for a full service removal.

From the start, we were reassured by John's professionalism and obvious expertise. At every stage of the process, he let us know what he was finding and what our options were for dealing with it. He made recommendations (which we took) but left all decisions about modifications to our house and the fate of the animals he trapped up to us. He performed a thorough assessment of our property: inside and out, roof to foundation. He identified evidence of chipmunks, mice, and flying squirrels, and found their points of entry. He developed a plan, in consultation with us, for trapping the animals who were making their nests within our walls while leaving the innocents in the yard alone. John set several live traps, and over the course of about a week, caught a few chipmunks and determined that the flying squirrels had long since left their nests. He gradually closed up all their points of entry, found the exit trails of the mice, and closed those up, too. John guarantees his work for a year, but he's left us confident that our house is clear of all unwanted critters, and will remain so. The landlord set up service with Ehrlich and they came out for an inspection. The inspector was very kind and respectful. Upon finding signs of an infestation they set us up with three treatments to eradicate the pest. They showed up on time for the first visit and the guys were very kind. They completed the first treatment and we were told they would be back in 7-10 days. After two weeks of not hearing anything I called them. We were not even scheduled yet. They said they would get us on the schedule. I heard nothing back. I called them again a few days later to see what was going on and they said we were scheduled for later that week. The tech was kind but was two and a half hours late. I figured I would hear from them after 6 or 7 days for the last treatment, (It is supposed to be 7-10 days because that is the egg hatch cycle for the bed bug, waiting longer can result in re-infestation) but received no call. So on the seventh day I called them and was told that nothing had been scheduled and was transferred to someone to schedule us. They did not answer, and I left a message. After a few days I called again and was told they would get me on the schedule and call me back. It has now been 12 days since they were here and I have received no calls. We still have bed bugs and our children are getting bit all over again. I would gladly give more stars if customer service was on top of making appointments and being here on time.
