I was going to physical therapy, but eventually they told me there wasn't much more they could do for me unless I lost about 65 pounds. That was a tough thing to hear, but it pushed me to take my health seriously. That's when I started working with Coley, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. He didn't just throw workouts at me and hope for the best he really listened to what my body was going through and built workouts that helped me get stronger without making my injuries worse. Over time, I hit my goal and lost the 65 pounds I needed to lose. Even more important, my back pain is gone and my quality of life is so much better. I move differently, I feel stronger, and I have so much more confidence in my body again. Coley is the real deal. If you're looking for someone who actually cares about his clients and will hold you accountable, he's your guy. I don't play around with my money, and there were times I had to work an extra day just to make sure I could keep training with him. That's how much I believed in the results and he absolutely delivered. If you want someone real, supportive, and knowledgeable who can truly help change your life, I highly recommend Coley. The trainers were always understanding if we were running late due to our other schedules and would accommodate us for a later session when necessary. This was greatly appreciated as it would often be our situation at least twice a month. We had her on a schedule with hour-long classes once a week. We had a few issues, though. We couldn't skip a class when needed without still being charged and the sessions aren't cheap. About every other week, the trainer would end the session 10 to 15 minutes early. That's an hour every two months, equal to a full session and we were never credited or anything like that. We always called to let them know we might run late, or sometimes called with questions. But the phone was rarely answered. Then, walking in and seeing people at the front desk shortly after was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, just a few things that could improve.
