I received a call from the manager, Ali Smyth, early the next morning. She proceeded to give me information about cost for repair and recommended a full inspection of my vehicle. This service totaled over $800, and could potentially be in the thousands after labour/extra parts for issues that have not yet been determined. I explained that I was not interested in a full inspection and only wanted a new belt and the gear shifter inspected. Ali became irate. She raised her voice to me, interrupted me while I was speaking and was overall rude to me on the phone. I asked to speak to another staff member and she refused. She said, "I am the manager, so you will speak to me." I did not request to speak to the manager, and honestly I would have been happy to speak to anyone else other than her. When I requested to speak to someone else a second time, she hung up the phone on me. I called right back and another staff member answered the phone. We discussed the conversation between Ali and I. I explained that I only wanted the belt replaced on my vehicle with no other work to be completed. I came to Napa Auto to pick up my vehicle the same day (Aug 18 /23). The staff member at the counter and I spoke about my conversation with Ali. I said that I would give her the opportunity to apologize if she felt inclined to do so. The staff member went in the back to speak to her about it, but returned saying she was no longer in the building and wouldn't be returning until much later. I have not received an apology or a follow-up call from Ali. In the end, I was charged $295.01 for a new belt. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Napa Auto in Innisfail.

Here is one of lots of issues. I bought this car, still under full warranty and complained from the getgo that the tire pressure is low after filling it up. After some time and topping up two tires with air again and again service checked the situation because they got tired of my complaints. This time the tires were taken off and put in a water bucket. Found out that one tire is damaged there was a big bubble (found out after going elsewhere that it was actually TWO tires that were toast) it was even unsafe to drive this car but yet I was brushed off in regards to this many many times. Anyhow, I thought okay, finally, a solution! I was then presented a bill for $389 for ONE new tire. They did not care that I had this problem from day first. It appears this is just how they do their business. This was my first and last vehicle from that car dealer, absolutely ridiculous Dealership.
