Health First was 1 of the many CHP (Children's Health Plus, a state-guided children's health plan) plans we researched but notably, Eric's superb detail and being familiar with all the terms and details alongside my knowledge along with the clear premiums and clear documentation and good website all gave us the confidence to enroll our children with Health First and none of the many other CHP providers. So far so good as they're enrolled now we pay premium and the eligibility date (the 1st of the next month after enrollment) arrives.

I most often see Juliette at One Medical and she is just fabulous, but it's just as easy to see someone else on the staff if she's not available. Everything is done easily and efficiently through their site, and everyone is so nice and easy to work with. For blood work, it does take a while (at least 3 days in my experience) to get results back unless the doctor or NP makes it a stat order - not sure how easy it is to do that, but once they do you will probably get results back the next day. I recently found out that I had a substantial refund coming my way which was found as a result of a software update on their end (I think?) I'm glad to be getting the refund but wondered if in the future I would know when I had been overcharged for services... Other than that weirdness, I've been very happy with my experience with One Medical in the several years I've been with them!

They need providers who are competent, willing, and able to provide care, as well as treat all patients with dignity, which I did not feel was the case with this provider. One Medical has my complaint regarding this experience; whether they actually respond is to be seen.

I was at Regis for short term rehab because of an amputation of the small toe on my left foot (March 2024), which had a previous amputation of the left big toe in 2012. I was at Regis to get stronger and functional to go back home; now under home health care as well. Ms Cruz helped me so much with even picking up my mail from my apartment's mailbox and bringing it to me at the center to making it easier to be released when I was strong enough to go home. The latest thing she helped me with was SSA (Social Security) wrongfully reduced my benefits because they stated that I was living at the care center but I was discharged on July 18th! So Ma Cruz sent SSA my discharge paper and a letter explaining that I was discharged on July 18th. I'm very grateful to her and some other kind, compassionate staff at Regis Care Center. I am currently a client at Regeis Care Center, and I can unequivocally attest that it provides…read moreexemplary care in nursing, wound care, physical and occupational therapy. It is also very well kept, from the grounds to the physical plant, which is quite well-maintained and CLEAN. I find most everyone professional, accommodating and respectful. In fact, most people I have encountered here have expressed that they "love this job." The primary reason for my being admitted here is for wound care. The wound care providers are like none I have ever seen. They are very conscientious and fastidious. I can't compliment them enough! The physical and occupational therapy provided is top-notch. Clients are not warehoused, nor are they left to linger between "sets." The entirety of the staff is mindful and take note of all of the clientele. This facility's ONLY downfall is in its delivery of food services. I am at a loss to understand how it can be so deficient when every other department is wholly on point. I dare say that if there was improvement in this department, they might NEVER experience a low census, as I would expect people to be knocking down the door to receive their care.
