Oh and their "contracts" that you sign in the beginning does not specify any charge of messaging/emailing the doctor. Cuz guess what? Those emails are the same price as an appointment and they do not tell you, they bill you. And harass you every single day. The same Karen they refuse to fire in all the one star comments below.
