As you walk in you can tell it's a very friendly, cosy traditional pub type restaurant. We ordered our drinks and the lady asked we was eating which we were so they gave us a menu and said if we'd like to sit in the bar while we choose. We ordered our meals and within 5 minutes we went downstairs to the restaurant area and more or less our starters came. I had prawn cocktail which was excellently presented and very nice, then had surf and turf which again was excellently presented exactly how I ordered it Medium rare and was delicious. We also ordered some beer battered onion rings which were gigantic but really nice. All together it came to about £35 for both of us including drinks and highly recommended.

They have a pool table, darts board and 2 fruit machines and also a games machine which you can play Bullseye, Deal or No Deal etc. Prices are relatively the same as everywere else with a pint of Fosters about £2.67.
