I have 6 calls into her office starting 2 weeks ago, and not only have I not received a return call, but Jazmine told me to call the other drivers agency for help. I did, and they were great. Caldwell group provided zero customer service and zero apologies for their poor attention to our issue. I am dropping them as quickly as possible and going back to a service and customer oriented agent. Stay away if you want a responsive agent.

I'm not sure how I ended up with him and I'm wondering the best way to switch agents, because if I have to keep dealing with him I will leave State Farm.
