I am baffled by the two bad reviews. My husband and I have been clients since we purchased our home in Gardner almost 20 years ago. We have our homeowner's insurance and auto insurance through them. Overall decent place. I went there a few days ago stating I was getting a new vehicle and gave them the papers. I also made the woman I talked to aware that the dealership would be sending jnformation shortly and to please process it and send it back by the end of the day. I went to the dealership the next day and the information was not sent back. I tried calling the woman I spoke with several times and she never answered or returned my calls. I finally got in touch with another woman and she stated that my information was still in the fax machine. She processed it and sent it off. Tried calling today several times to take my old vehicle off the insurance and no one is answering the phone. I've been a customer for a few years and never been dealt like this manner. read more

I never walked into a place of business where I felt like I was completely bothering somebody. The woman at the front desk was completely rude, and made sure to tell me that they closed in 15 minutes. There was not one person in that office that would go out of their way to help me. I have been in customer service for years and would never treat my customers like I was treated. Also, I would stay as long as it took to help, even if it was after closing time. I wouldn't bother with this office. It seems they have more important things to do than help customers. read more

worst customer service. I cancelled my auto months ago personally as well as my new carrier sending them a letter of cancellation and I'm still getting billed. I called once again and they still have no clue. I actually had to walk the woman through how to get the letter. Also, when I was a client there, my contact NEVER returned my calls or followed up on anything I asked of her. horrible. read more
