I also made the woman I talked to aware that the dealership would be sending jnformation shortly and to please process it and send it back by the end of the day. I went to the dealership the next day and the information was not sent back. I tried calling the woman I spoke with several times and she never answered or returned my calls. I finally got in touch with another woman and she stated that my information was still in the fax machine. She processed it and sent it off. Tried calling today several times to take my old vehicle off the insurance and no one is answering the phone. I've been a customer for a few years and never been dealt like this manner.

I called several times to get it fixed; was always told it would be taken care of, but it never was. The receptionist didn't know what a "premium" was. After two years, I finally found another company. I did the rigamarole to cancel and got written confirmation from Patty that my account was closed. A month later she calls wondering why I hadn't paid; she apparently had no record of the documentation I had sent or of our phone calls. I just hung up on her; good riddance.
