Warm and inviting! When I stopped it, I was offered a seat and coffee. After a quick conversation and meeting my new advisor, Felicia, she set up a time to come to my office. I was so impressed to be treated like I mattered and that my time was important. Felicia was quick, pleasant and professional. My quote came back with better coverage than my previous provider. Since being their customer, they have checked in to ensure my policy is covering my needs, and that I am aware of new products and services. I haven't been treated so well by an insurance company before. They clearly love what they do. Thank you!

Worst place ever! I…read morehad dealt with Dreann the whole time and not only did I get my Insurance quote, than after get taken more than what I was told, than proceeded to take extra money out, now after my cancellation of My policy money was taken out of my account after the fact. Than I called and was told a physical cheque had to be sent to me, and I told Dreann I left the old address and that it could not be sent there. Following this I was told to talk to the manager Gary, who than tells me it HAD to be sent out to an address so it was sent to my old address. The cheque isn't there I was told by the current tenant, so now I am out $300 an change, and this "cheque" is nowhere to be seen or found. Dreann has been one of the worst people I have ever dealt with, and Gary as a maneger was ZERO help and clearly doesn't have the initiative or leadership capabilities to handle a situation such as the one stated. I have now left a very poorly worded and angry voicemail to Gary and am awaiting a call from someone higher up. Worst Insurance agency I've dealt with to date.

Customer Service is a negative. I have maybe met 1 person at this location that seemed happy to be…read moreat work...or a live for that matter and she was quite unprofessional...swearing, talking about sexy men etc. She also had poor hygiene and needed more training. All the other women are drones. Don't seem to care for anything or anyone and certainly have never heard of service with a smile.
