The a/c system had debris and mold. The company owner gave me a fair price for the work that had to be done. Dalton Galloway, the Service Technician did an outstanding job. He was conscientious, careful, and efficient. He did a walk-through inspection, explained what was essential because of the mold, and put me in touch with the owner to discuss options and pricing. Once the decision was made, he went to work, and worked carefully and diligently to ensure everything was done right. I highly recommend A+ Air Care LLC.

They are an excellent company and very proud of the work they do. i have called them over 30 times in the past 5 years and they have always shown up the day I call, usually within an hour. I have two young children and when our unit is having issues they have the unit running well before our house is hot. Acadian Heating and Air is a top notch business in my eyes due to their punctuality, dedication to customers, ability to explain all options available, and reasonable prices. I will never use another HVAC company as long as they are around.

I am very happy that I decided to use Acadian Heating and Air to replace my air conditioner. David…read morereplaced my evaporator coil and outside unit. He is very price conscious and wanted to provide the best replacement option for my specific situation. He recommended new equipment that would be an energy improvement over the prior system, but was not too expensive. He talked me through all of the technical details, so I understood what I was buying. He answered all of my technical questions and went into the attic with me to explain all of the components in detail, even though the temperature was likely +110F and we were sweating our butts off. I'm an engineer who deals with industrial refrigeration systems, so I like to geek out about this stuff. I enjoyed talking with David and he likes the technical details as well. David and his team were on time and courteous during the install. He gave me a follow-up call a couple days after the installation just to make sure everything was still working great. After the installation was complete, I measured the energy usage to be 25% less than the old system, which was what he said the new equipment would achieve. David gained my trust throughout the job and I plan on using him again.

Found the problem and fixed it. No attempts to upsale or overprice the estimate. It was simply that the tentants dog chewed the wires outside. They also checked the Freon while there. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! We can't say enough good things about A&G stucco! Andy (the owner) came to…read moregive an estimate the same day he was contacted. He was asked to prepare 2 quotes, one for a repair and recoat around a window that had leaked and been replaced and a worst-case scenario of repair and recoat the entire front and side of a 2-story house if major issues were found. The original stucco showed no signs of damage so no one thought the second quote would be needed. His quote was in line and fair when compared to others quoting the same job. He was not a pushy salesman, but was very knowledgeable about the work and how it would be done. They set up everything (taking care not to kill the established landscaping) and began removal around the window the next day. The situation went from bad to worse...the OSB behind the original stucco was degraded from hidden water damage as were significant portions of the 2x4 structure on all of the lower level. It was traumatic seeing how badly damaged the house was. Andy and his foreman Julian assured us that they could and would handle it. The crew was speedy with the removal of all the old stucco and damaged material and then completely rebuilt everything better than new. Each day they cleaned up the area and tarped it to prevent any issues from weather. The entire stucco system was reapplied in the multiple layers with fiber mesh support. They painted any knicks in the soffit and one wood window. I believe they must have stock in caulk as everything was meticulously caulked at each layer to prevent water intrusion from occurring again. These guys are true artisan craftsmen and take a tremendous amount of pride in a job well done they can put their name on, which in today's world is hard to find. There communication was above what could be expected. While the weather extended the job longer than expected, it was all done perfectly and cleaned up like it never even happened. I will hire A&G in the future for other stucco work without a second thought. GREAT WORK GUYS!!
