Very happy with my rental!…read more Booked a single unit for a small gathering about a week ahead of when I needed it. Delivery was prompt (within 30 minutes of scheduled time), and the gentleman setup the machine where we needed it. We decided to put it on the back porch and I'm glad we did; it's a commercial unit so it's not super quiet. Not really loud, either, but the back porch worked best for our small home. He provided the drink mix and it was good! We just had to provide the alcohol and cups. I'd book them again.

I booked airbrush hats for my child's birthday party, and the artist was extremely rude to both me and my guests. Upon arrival, she made a point to question why we were even holding the event due to the rain, despite everything being indoors, and the rain itself lasted less than 30 minutes. Her behavior was so off-putting that several guests approached me during the event to express their discomfort. I also tried contacting the company before and during the event, but my calls repeatedly went unanswered, which had already been a problem leading up to the day. I will say once I called it to her attention she started acting nicer, but by that time the damage was done. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and service. I was also told that tipping was expected. While I had plenty of cash on hand, I chose not to tip based on how poorly we were treated, which is something I never do.

I used Unforgettably Sweet for my baby shower dessert table earlier this year and was very impressed! The final result was more than what I had ever imagined. She worked with me for weeks prior to the shower to capture everything I wanted, we even started a private Pintrest board to share pins together. I am now using Unforgettably Sweet for a bridal shower that I am throwing for a friend and I have no doubt that Tish and her team will create another special event.

We had a circus themed reception so I sent Tisha a copy of our invitation, and a few pictures of what I imagined and then left her to it. The result was unbelievable. People were afraid to eat the treats at first because they looked like art! But when we finally jumped in and tried Tisha's desserts, they went fast!! I will also add how stress-free it was working with Tisha the day of my wedding reception. I planned everything myself and she was there with plenty of time to set up and have everything perfect before guests arrived. No question, I will be hiring Unforgettably Sweet for my next party!

Not only that, but they are beyond helpful and kind. They were so pleasant to work with that I honestly left with such a great feeling about the entire experience. They are so dedicated to making your experience as unforgettable as possible, that they suggested we use their bar tower, so that our drinks would be displayed more elegantly. So, Nicole drove all the way home to pick up the item and bring it back. This was an item I didn't rent, and they were right, it did look striking. They were so thoughtful and wonderful business owners. I can't wait to work with them again!
