He abruptly said he had to go and hung up. Why he did this? Though an exceptionally accomplished PhD scientist and very successful business person she does have a heavy Chinese accent and in conversation it is clear that English is not her primary language. But the many business people that work with her communicate fine enough. As a professional, I can say that Mr Larson's behavior was the opposite of professionalism and customer service - and was absolutely rude and demeaning. Furthermore it does not inspire confidence in his claimed area of expertise.
