FOTI does not automatically debit due taxes even though it was desired. Apparently, there is a checkbox somewhere that we missed. We specifically requested they debit due taxes in the future and they still failed to do so. This oversight cost us over $2K in fees (and they were only two weeks late). We also had a very time-sensitive question for the accountant but we were told he was on vacation and to leave a message or email. We left both several times and he never responded. The office again told us to leave a message which we again did. We finally called back and had to insist on speaking to someone else before they would transfer us. We have owed taxes each year we have used this firm and while that is not their issue, we haven't been provided much in the way of explanation nor any advice that has helped us better prepare.

Wherever I lived I've always had Geico for my Auto Insurance and I have been very happy with it's…read moreservice. In the past I've dealt with them just via their 800 number through the phone. Their Insurance Agents have all been very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. And for this reason, when I purchased my 2022 Lexus ES 350 Luxury Edition from Brambleton Imports in Roanoke, Virginia, I immediately considered Geico for my Auto Insurance needs. And I was surprised to find a Local Office located here in Valley View Blvd, in the same strip mall where IHOP is located. So after filling out the questionnaire in Geico's main website, I phoned their Roanoke, Virginia Local Office to obtain a local agent who I could deal with directly. After being awarded the Triad Yelper of the Year 2024 Award at the Yelpies Award Ceremony last year, an event that honored the highest-performing Yelp Elites, I decided that this year, as an All-Star Yelp Elite, I not only wanted to be the first to discover new businesses and restaurants and bring them to the attention of the public, but also to uncover those found in hidden paths that for one reason or another have not reached the public in its totality. And this Geico Insurance Office in Roanoke, Virginia, is the perfect example. The receptionist of this office quickly answered the phone and after giving me a warm greeting and finding out that I needed an Account Executive, she connected me to Chris, who was able to find the questionnaire I had filled out and recommend the right coverage that I needed and do everything over the phone in time for me picking up my car. Afterwards, I had an opportunity to visit the Geico Local Insurance Office to meet Chris in person and have an opportunity to ask him some questions I had and get printed copies of my coverage. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance, and I was very satisfied to have him as my Account Executive at the Geico Local Office. I can truly say that he far exceeded my expectations of an ideal insurance agent. I highly recommend him and this Company for all your insurance needs.
