We had lengthy telephone conversations with him to confirm what we did and did not want to have washed. He told us of his celebrity clients and his focus on quality. His team (2 people) arrived and did the work as scheduled. Some of windows in our sunroom were streaky so we asked the team to redo and they did. During the washing process the team used water power on a sliding glass door. Several days later during our Thanksgiving we asked a guest to bring in some firewood which is stored on our deck just outside of the sliding glass door. The door was inoperative. It had worked perfectly prior to the washing. Upon examination, the wood around the glass had completely warped. We called the following Monday to notify the owner. We acknowledged that the door was old but wanted him to know since he was so concerned about quality. He was argumentative and denied any responsibility. A few days later we noticed that the leaf to a table in our sunroom had been removed during the cleaning. When we attempted to put it back we saw that the mechanism had been broken when it was removed. Again we contacted the owner who vehemently denied any responsibility. For both the damage caused to our home and the negative response to our concerns, we would not recommend using Hamlet.

Two guys came by, pretty young mid 20's ish, but they were good folks, worked hard, watched them clean and climb all over the house, doing what they needed to do, and did the whole place in about an hour and a half.
