I came to this agency after my prior car insurance company (of which I had been signed up for over…read more20 years) had cancelled my auto insurance as well as my parents auto insurance. I was desperate and did not know what to do because how could I possibly drive without insurance. Then I remember I had received a cold call from Bianca Gonzalez back in November regarding their 2016 policies and rates, so I decided to give them a chance and hear them out. I called Bianca and promptly made an appointment to meet with her. As I walked into the agency, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and everyone of the employees who were at the agency. I soon met with Bianca and we started talking about my situation and what I was looking for. She laid out all the different options I was entitled to with all the discounts and benefits included. Naturally, as I'm a very inquisitive person, I kept peppering her with questions and scenarios so I can fully understand everything. She was very patient, answered all my questions (which were many) and made me feel very comfortable. The one other positive thing I noticed is that if she did not have an answer she would ask her co-workers which shows that everyone there works as a team. So I walked in with nothing and ended up walking out with a policy that cost the same as I was paying before with additional benefits and discounts and I was extremely happy. So if you are in need of good car insurance and excellent service, then I recommend this agency and make sure you ask for Bianca. She will take care of you.

Worst customer service. I was making a payment for department of corrections which is hard enough…read more The guy in glasses said he only spoke Russian when I spoke Spanish to him. I told him I need to make a payment. He asked for my phone number. He then told me that number belongs to somebody else. I asked how he knew that because he never asked my name. He then argued with me. I gave him my license and he said he had to enter a profile. I said it is already in there because I did this same payment last month. He then told me the profile was incomplete. When it got time for the payment he said he needed the account number. I told him it's department of corrections and there's no account number: he then argued with me. I had my phone to the window the entire time to show him how to make the payment for CheckFree payments. Again, I did the same payment weeks before at this location. I guess he realized he was wrong because he got quiet and the transaction was complete in a few minutes. Why don't this place employees realize we are poor and struggling and we don't need more struggle trying to make payments? The manager is terrible for not teaching empathy or training. This location should be closed for good and the people laid off so they can learn how hard reality is. Do not come here if you need any services. Go to Amscot across the street. They at least smile when they greet you. Smh
