We sold our house and built a commercial building with a fitness gym downstairs with a loft apartment above. Everything had to be "first class" and done right, including all of the low voltage wiring and home automation/security camera systems. With capabilities well beyond the common "Ring Doorbell" and other units, Garrett hard-wired internet (faster speeds than wifi), a remote door latch release button (to release the door from upstairs) and a cool door latch that works seamlessly with the Doorbird and can be activated through the app on any smart phone. Garrett knows his stuff and the end result for us is a killer nice automated home. He did the same with the gym downstairs so our tenant can monitor her gym 24/7. Seeing his work, the gym owner also had Garrett take care of purchase, wiring and installation of all of the flat panel TV's throughout the gym, as well as access control.
