If I could leave zero stars, I would. First of all, their ordering process is terrible--you cannot see a proof before paying for your order, and the website is not user-friendly. I uploaded multiple images to Instafreshener to help them create my design proof. After several back-and-forth emails, I was actually happy with the final proof they sent. However, when my order arrived, it featured a completely different image than the one I approved. Instead of using the confirmed design, they randomly pulled elements from the various images I had uploaded and created a final product that was never approved. When I reached out to customer service to explain the error, they blamed me for uploading multiple images. I explained (again) that their system doesn't allow you to view a proof before payment, and the additional images were clearly meant to assist their designer--not to be used as separate designs. They refused to take responsibility and insisted it was my fault, which makes no sense. I ordered one design in for the entire quantity of my order. Instead, they added an image never approved and assigned a random quantity of my overall order to that wrong design --which I did not approve. A reputable company would want to understand what went wrong and how to fix it--not blame the paying customer. They had the opportunity to turn a disappointing experience into a positive one by simply replacing the portion of the order that was incorrect. Instead, they chose to be dismissive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service is poor, and their business practices are misleading. I'll be finding a more professional and trustworthy company to work with in the future. read more

I received an order from a company in Australia sooner and you can't get any further away than that. Was assured it was being shipped and I'd have it by Christmas eve. Checked on it again today asking how I could cancel it. Got another email promising it was being worked on. I pushed again asking how to cancel since it's a Christmas present and clearly won't make it to me if it hasn't shipped yet. I stated if I didn't receive a shipped email by the 18th I want to cancel. Their website states 7-21 days for shipping depending on where you are. I got a smart mouth response back from Natascha stating clearly I didn't read the ETA before I finalized my order and how it would need to be canceled before the 18th as it had already been processed...but I reached out on the 14th and said it was a Christmas gift. Why wasn't it offered then? If it was processed then why hasn't it shipped. Then she proceeds to tell me how I obvioudly missed the tidbit that says processing can take longer during holidays. The scent is supposed to last "up to 4 weeks". Mine lasted less than 7 days. Technically that's up to 4 weeks I guess but it's pretty misleading. I placed a 2nd order to give them another try. Maybe I just got a fluke? Nope, the scent on the 2nd batch was worse - barely there and gone completely within 3 days. Hard to call something an air freshener when there's no scent. Also, 2 of the photos I used were printed poorly and cut off and when I contacted customer service about getting a reprint to at least salvage the picture part of the freshener, they said the cutting off was somehow my fault and they refused to reprint. Terrible company. There have to be much better products out there AND companies with better customer service - avoid this one. read more

Received nothing whatsoever for 3 weeks, at which point I submitted a message off their contact form on the website. No reply to that, just a "your order has shipped" form message several days later. Today is 1/1/2025. I placed a order back on December 9th. Still haven't received even though advertised order by 12/10 for xmas. Reached out and didn't get a response for seven days after inquiry via chat and email. Then told due to holiday orders are delay. ( False advertisement ) especially after placing order has disclosure on bottom that can be additional days. Which timeline still not met. This is the third timeline they haven't met. I was told shipping on 26th but USPS hasnt even gotten package. Placed another order on 11/28 for 12 air fresheners of the SAME exact picture as my previous order. Should've not been an issue to reprint the original order and use a different scent. Sent a message through Shop app and received an undeliverable message because the email they have setup is a "no-reply" email. Went to the website that day (12/18/2021) and completed a message inquiry about my order. NO Response. Today (2 days later) sent the same message again. I ordered an air freshener on 12/2. On my confirmation email, my estimated delivery dates were 12/18-12/27. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal if it was a few days after. Christmas, it's not a major gift, just a stocking stuffer. Fast forward to the 18th and I haven't heard a peep. I emailed them several times, no response. Tried to call, went to voicemail. Absolutely no communication. The shop app had my order status as the same it was since I ordered it. I went to their instagram page and tried to communicate there and share my frustration and my posts were removed twice. Commenting there has now been completely removed. I definitely could see others were very displeased. Went to their TikTok and enjoyed a lovely video of them goofing off while steadily replying to complaints that they're "working round the clock". Left a bad google review and they immediately replied to it (funny huh) with absolutely no helpful information. I get an email from them today that basically says they apologize for the slow shipping blah blah blah. I've also taken a look at their reviews from this time last year and it seems that this was also an issue a year ago. So...maybe that would be a heads up to hire some holiday help or limit their orders if this time of year consistently is an issue for the company. I would just save your money and time and take a hard pass with this company. *UPDATE* It is now January 6th and my order just now made it to a postal facility near me. I agree that customer service is horrendous. When several weeks had passed after our order should have been delivered, I contacted the company to make sure it was still in process. Over the course of a few additional weeks, I sent multiple nicely-worded messages and never heard a reply although their website says they return messages within 24 hours. I checked their facebook page and requested assistance there...the next day I noticed they'd deleted my message along with others that were critical while never addressing any questions or concerns (most messages were not at all rude or confrontational). My order finally arrived long after it was promised, and it definitely wasn't worth the trouble. THE WORST!!! Before you order from this company read all reviews on google and yelp especially the 1 star. I think they have friends and family giving 5 star reviews. I put in an order on December 5th. My estimated delivery time was between 12/21 - 1/8. Still haven't received my package. According to the companies FAQ's page, total estimated time including shipping is 16 days. This was supposed to be a gag gift for a friends going away party. Well, the party has come and gone. My friends leave this week. I had gotten a USPS alert that my order was being delivered on the 8th. This was after the party but i shrugged that off and came up with a different plan. I waited for delivery and nothing came. Checked the tracking and it's still pending in Omaha!!! WHAT??!! Label made on the 4th and it's still just sitting there pending. I ordered well in advance for Christmas stocking stuffers, label created, and "scanned" by USPS. 4 weeks after being scanned it never once moved. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me I had to contact the USPS to track my package and "it was out of their hands". I would except for a company to offer to resend the order or offer to refund if their customer never received an order from them. Also, the fact that almost all of the reviews are exactly the same story of the USPS "losing" the packages, you would think the company would be using a different mailing service. read more
