We are so impressed with these custom air fresheners!! We ordered via the website. Tracking for the product shipment was on point! We received the product and they were perfect! I used photos taken on my iPhone. The scents are great! My husband said this was the BEST gift! We will definitely be getting more. Great value for the price! Thick durable material. read more

I have asked them repeatedly for a refun. they continue to ask me for my address to send another airfreshner but it's MONTHS LATER... the gift was ruined because of the strangers printed on it "by accident" they say they can't refund me because it's after 30 days but I asked for a refund the 1st time I emailed them read more

They used to be great. Cannot get double sided fresheners, & you cannot put texts on. It is awful, no phone numbers

This is the second year in a row they promised delivery by Christmas with first week of December orders and failed to do. Will find company who sticks to their word. read more

Awful customer service. It has been 2 weeks and no communication about shipment. I reached out and they let me know my order would be shipped the next day. Five days later still had not shipped. I contacted them and they said it would be on its way. I requested a refund and no communication. I would not buy their products - AWFUL customer service! read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. First of all, their ordering process is terrible--you cannot see a proof before paying for your order, and the website is not user-friendly. I uploaded multiple images to Instafreshener to help them create my design proof. After several back-and-forth emails, I was actually happy with the final proof they sent. However, when my order arrived, it featured a completely different image than the one I approved. Instead of using the confirmed design, they randomly pulled elements from the various images I had uploaded and created a final product that was never approved. When I reached out to customer service to explain the error, they blamed me for uploading multiple images. I explained (again) that their system doesn't allow you to view a proof before payment, and the additional images were clearly meant to assist their designer--not to be used as separate designs. They refused to take responsibility and insisted it was my fault, which makes no sense. I ordered one design in for the entire quantity of my order. Instead, they added an image never approved and assigned a random quantity of my overall order to that wrong design --which I did not approve. A reputable company would want to understand what went wrong and how to fix it--not blame the paying customer. They had the opportunity to turn a disappointing experience into a positive one by simply replacing the portion of the order that was incorrect. Instead, they chose to be dismissive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service is poor, and their business practices are misleading. I'll be finding a more professional and trustworthy company to work with in the future. read more

Same as other's experiences. I ordered Dec 4th and I still haven't received my order. As far as I can see, they're an American company and have no excuse for taking a month or more to deliver. I received an order from a company in Australia sooner and you can't get any further away than that. This company seems poorly run and operated, unprofessional and uncaring with overpriced items I'm sure I'll be disappointed in if I ever receive it. read more

If I could give them less I would. Don't give them your money. I placed an order on 12/8. Checked on it on 12/14 as I hadn't heard anything back. Was assured it was being shipped and I'd have it by Christmas eve. Checked on it again today asking how I could cancel it. Got another email promising it was being worked on. I pushed again asking how to cancel since it's a Christmas present and clearly won't make it to me if it hasn't shipped yet. I stated if I didn't receive a shipped email by the 18th I want to cancel. Their website states 7-21 days for shipping depending on where you are. I got a smart mouth response back from Natascha stating clearly I didn't read the ETA before I finalized my order and how it would need to be canceled before the 18th as it had already been processed...but I reached out on the 14th and said it was a Christmas gift. Why wasn't it offered then? If it was processed then why hasn't it shipped. Then she proceeds to tell me how I obvioudly missed the tidbit that says processing can take longer during holidays. Tidbit. That's their customer service. I have three emails promising delivery by December 24th and now I missed a tidbit. A company that has my money is handled a customer like that. Don't give them your money. read more

I ordered 150 air fresheners (unscented) and 150 stickers of the same image. ALL OF THEM ARE UNUSABLE! I emailed the support team to see what could be done to correct the issue; the response was that the scent was to blame... on an UNSCENTED item??? There is clearly a lack of QA or care to support their consumers. Go somewhere!! Save yourself the time, money and, disappointment! These look like gross urine or coffee staining on them! Do better!!! read more

The scent is supposed to last "up to 4 weeks". Mine lasted less than 7 days. Technically that's up to 4 weeks I guess but it's pretty misleading. I placed a 2nd order to give them another try. Maybe I just got a fluke? Nope, the scent on the 2nd batch was worse - barely there and gone completely within 3 days. Hard to call something an air freshener when there's no scent. Also, 2 of the photos I used were printed poorly and cut off and when I contacted customer service about getting a reprint to at least salvage the picture part of the freshener, they said the cutting off was somehow my fault and they refused to reprint. Terrible company. There have to be much better products out there AND companies with better customer service - avoid this one. read more

Terrible product. Image was discolored and blurry. Customer care was unwilling to do anything about it other than offer a discount on a future purchase. Scent was so strong it was noxious. Originally purchased for a gift but was unable to give it due to horrible smell and bad quality image. Reviews on website on show positive. It appears that any negative review is not posted. Buyer beware - little to no communication/order updates from company. I ordered 3 small items at the end of November. Received nothing whatsoever for 3 weeks, at which point I submitted a message off their contact form on the website. No reply to that, just a "your order has shipped" form message several days later. Order arrived after Christmas (were supposed to be Christmas gifts). Then received the message that follows after I expressed my dissatisfaction that it look nearly a full MONTH to get my items, which presumably were never started until I asked for an update 3 weeks after ordering: I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to remind you that the estimated delivery dates for your order fall between 12/13/2023 and 12/21/2023. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We turned over your package on December 19th. However, it's also peak season not only with our store but with USPS as well. I also want to emphasize that we provide estimated delivery dates at checkout to help customers make informed decisions about their orders. If the estimated time frame does not meet your needs, you have the option not to place the order. **Thanks, I'll definitely order from your competitor next time.** read more

I ordered one item from the store at the beginning of December and just received my order today, January 6th. I didn't get any notice about my order until 2 weeks in waiting says my order was now complete. I had to pay for shipping and it discussed how it would be 4-5 day shipping. When I got my item, I was unsatisfied. Poor quality and very grainy. read more

Ordered air freshener and magnet (same photo) 12/13. It is 1/2 and no update since order was placed. I have inquired via the site and the support email this morning and awaiting response. This seems like an unacceptable amount of time and this was a Christmas gift. Would not order again for this reason read more

Today is 1/1/2025. I placed a order back on December 9th. Still haven't received even though advertised order by 12/10 for xmas. Reached out and didn't get a response for seven days after inquiry via chat and email. Then told due to holiday orders are delay. ( False advertisement ) especially after placing order has disclosure on bottom that can be additional days. Which timeline still not met. This is the third timeline they haven't met. I was told shipping on 26th but USPS hasnt even gotten package. I try and support small buisness but this is horrible and would not recommend using unless you have a couple month until you get or maybe never. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two items on 12/11/23 and it's now 1/19/24 with no product. I reached out to company 4 times before getting a response. I placed an order for 3 air fresheners on 11/12, received them on 11/27/21. The items were great, I loved them. Placed another order on 11/28 for 12 air fresheners of the SAME exact picture as my previous order. Should've not been an issue to reprint the original order and use a different scent. Sent a message through Shop app and received an undeliverable message because the email they have setup is a "no-reply" email. Went to the website that day (12/18/2021) and completed a message inquiry about my order. NO Response. Today (2 days later) sent the same message again. Within an hour of my 2nd message, received email stating my items shipped on 12/12. Not true. The label was JUST made....see all pictures. DO NOT order from this company. POOR Service and NO Communication. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous operation. Ordered on Nov 29 and now Dec . 18th and still don't have my order. Finally got an email from them saying this is a really busy time of year ---DUH. Which is why I ordered at the end of NOV. They gave me an 8 day window of when my order would be delivered and then said but keep in mind that's an estimate but may not get there in time for Christmas! Never again. I have been trying to contact them for weeks .. no answer. I wanted my air fresheners for Christmas obviously that isn't going to happen if I even get them at all. I will now have to harrass and continue to email and now attempt to call seeing the number above. Never ever again 0 stars. read more

Delivered late, never replied to three emails to support and never answered their phone. Product is ok, but customer service is terrible.

Absolute trash company! I placed my order almost a month ago & I've been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks to which I never received a response.. untillll, someone posted the owner's fb profiles & I messaged them there - they finally responded to that message, next I finally got a shipping notification & then they saw how many times I had commented on social media trying to get them to respond & the owner messaged me back saying I was 'spamming' their page & he refunded my order AFTER FINALLY GIVING ME A TRACKING NUMBER after almost a month since the order was placed! Glad I got my money back - I want no part of supporting such a horrible company! read more

This company aggressively advertises its products, then does not follow through. Contacting them is a nightmare and they have now turned off FB comments as customers tried to get information about their orders. If I had checked the BBB website before ordering, I'd have gone somewhere else. The item I ordered 31 days ago has not been shipped. It is currently languishing somewhere in "pre-shipment" land. read more

Ditto to all other bad reviews, I've experienced the same. This business is so disappointing and they do not value their customers. Such a shame because the items look so awesome. read more

I ordered an air freshener on 12/2. On my confirmation email, my estimated delivery dates were 12/18-12/27. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal if it was a few days after. Christmas, it's not a major gift, just a stocking stuffer. Fast forward to the 18th and I haven't heard a peep. I emailed them several times, no response. Tried to call, went to voicemail. Absolutely no communication. The shop app had my order status as the same it was since I ordered it. I went to their instagram page and tried to communicate there and share my frustration and my posts were removed twice. Commenting there has now been completely removed. I definitely could see others were very displeased. Went to their TikTok and enjoyed a lovely video of them goofing off while steadily replying to complaints that they're "working round the clock". Left a bad google review and they immediately replied to it (funny huh) with absolutely no helpful information. I get an email from them today that basically says they apologize for the slow shipping blah blah blah. I've also taken a look at their reviews from this time last year and it seems that this was also an issue a year ago. So...maybe that would be a heads up to hire some holiday help or limit their orders if this time of year consistently is an issue for the company. I would just save your money and time and take a hard pass with this company. *UPDATE* It is now January 6th and my order just now made it to a postal facility near me. It has been 10 days past my expected delivery date. I HIGHLY recommend not ordering anything from them if you want it before a certain time. read more

I agree that customer service is horrendous. When several weeks had passed after our order should have been delivered, I contacted the company to make sure it was still in process. Over the course of a few additional weeks, I sent multiple nicely-worded messages and never heard a reply although their website says they return messages within 24 hours. I checked their facebook page and requested assistance there...the next day I noticed they'd deleted my message along with others that were critical while never addressing any questions or concerns (most messages were not at all rude or confrontational). My order finally arrived long after it was promised, and it definitely wasn't worth the trouble. There are other companies that create custom air-fresheners and after my experience, I'd strongly recommend shopping there. read more

Got a few things for Father's Day. There was a bit of a wait for my order, but I was ok with that since these are custom made items. They were a hit as a Father's Day gift! The customer service rep who replied to my email was also friendly. read more

Absolutely DO NOT order from this company. Customer service is trash. They lie about your order - saying it's shipped when they only created a label. Turn around time is not at all what they say it is. They don't answer emails. They delete all negative comments or order questions on social media. They continue to send out promo emails and ads yet can't work on your order or even answer an email. Excuses excuses. Finally arrived a month after ordering. The air freshener was cute (because it's my sons face) but I honestly thought the quality would have been WAY better for the price. Inside the packaging was wet/liquid and the freshener had no scent after a few days. Such a disappointment. read more

I do not recommend ordering from Instafreshener . Shipping is taking MUCH longer than originally promised upon placing my order. Customer service is terrible (if they even respond), and their replies to customers on social media are rude and snarky. Wish I can give it 0 stars. Had a bad experience with customer service. Emerald S is ignored my emails and ignored my request to cancel my order and refund. I disputed the charge with my bank. read more

THE WORST!!! Before you order from this company read all reviews on google and yelp especially the 1 star. I think they have friends and family giving 5 star reviews. I put in an order on December 5th. My estimated delivery time was between 12/21 - 1/8. Still haven't received my package. According to the companies FAQ's page, total estimated time including shipping is 16 days. This was supposed to be a gag gift for a friends going away party. Well, the party has come and gone. My friends leave this week. I had gotten a USPS alert that my order was being delivered on the 8th. This was after the party but i shrugged that off and came up with a different plan. I waited for delivery and nothing came. Checked the tracking and it's still pending in Omaha!!! WHAT??!! Label made on the 4th and it's still just sitting there pending. It's a pointless gift now as it will arrive after my friends move. I also ordered 12 of these!! I understand this was before Christmas, but putting in an order on the 5th of December and it still not arriving over a month later is not what I was expecting from your company. I wish I had ordered from a different establishment. read more

I ordered well in advance for Christmas stocking stuffers, label created, and "scanned" by USPS. 4 weeks after being scanned it never once moved. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me I had to contact the USPS to track my package and "it was out of their hands". I would except for a company to offer to resend the order or offer to refund if their customer never received an order from them. Also, the fact that almost all of the reviews are exactly the same story of the USPS "losing" the packages, you would think the company would be using a different mailing service. read more
