Yesterday I was not able to get in with my primary care doctor for a very scary situation and chose to go here again. The check in girls and nurse were all wonderful. Dr. Mack came in and before even having eyes on the problem he said exactly what it was and instead of answering questions politely (a scary situation for health!) he chose to quite frankly go in circles with me. He said there would most likely be no point in him sending in medication because he was right. I said I'd like that anyway. Left feeling absolutely crazy about myself! Feeling uneasy about the experience and how it was handled. I went to my primary care doctor today and they said the issue was very severe and should have not been treated lightly. Immediately sent me in a new medication that is said to treat more effectively. I debated posting this but Mack is the biggest know it all and rude doctor I have ever met! 2 stars for everyone else on the staff

There wasn't a wait time given. They will take your phone number if you decide to wait in your car, but you cannot leave the lot. After checking in, I sat for maybe 15min before I was called back. My screening with the nurse and doctor was excellent. My TB shot was smooth. She did a good job, as some feel like you're getting stabbed versus a slight prick. I went back to get my TB test read and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. They didn't even call me back. The nurse came out, checked my arm and went into the back. She came out with my paper and told me that they will send my results to my job. It was very in and out. The thing I didn't like was that there were 2 other groups of people that was there before me and I was called to the back before them. However, I did like that the receptionist came out into the room with free drinks and snacks for the adults and children. I didn't have a bad experience at all, but I'm sure the others who were there before me did not like it.

After waiting an hour and half they had me fill out forms and I was told that despite my insurance card saying that the Urgent Care copay was $20, they charged as a specialist meaning my copay was $50. Why couldn't they have told me when I called? I was quoted a 60 - 90 minute wait time. I actually waited 2.5 hours to be seen. The provider told me that he was going to call in a Phenergan cough syrup. He didn't (they shouldn't have sent it to the wrong pharmacy as the young lady who took my information told me it was the same pharmacy her Dad uses). Update 12/16/18 I got a call from Triad Urgent Care to apologize for the "confusion" yesterday. They also said my prescription was ready. It turns out that they called in the prescription at 9:30 last night after I posted my review and well after both the pharmacy and Triad closed. Not good.

As the names on the Patient Waiting display moved along, my name disappeared. After others on the list were called, I asked the receptionist to please check on my status. Within a few minutes my name was back on the display. Several other patients came in and were called back before me again. A nurse came out and again called the second name on the list and I got up to once again question what was happening. This nurse pointed her finger at me and said, "you! come here" and she asked the other patient to step aside. The nurse then quite abruptly told me they were waiting for a "procedure" room to be cleaned, it was being cleaned at that moment, and I would be next. Her tone was rude and condescending. I didn't say a word and sat down. Then it occurred to me that, no, I did not need or deserve to be treated in such a manner and kindly told the receptionist I was leaving and would contact my Eagle GP. I've been an Eagle patient for many years and I have never seen any Eagle employee behave in the manner this nurse did. What a shame if she treats new potential patients the same way she treated me.
