Hours on the door say closes at 4pm, I arrived at 300pm for a drug test and pre-employment physical…read moreand was told that they probably couldn't see me. I asked why not and if that's the case way does the clinic do walk ins only. Had to go back for an audiogram for work, I get there and there's one or two people in the line in front of me and there's no one at the desk I literally waited for 10 minutes before someone even showed up at the front desk then they made me fill out about 10 pages of forms for whatever reason when all I needed was an audiogram then there was still no one there to actually administer the audiogram so I had to wait another 30 minutes until the guy at the front desk was done with whatever he was doing, front desk guy adminstered my audiogram and he left me in the audiogram booth after the test was done just sitting there waiting for like 10 minutes. Let's not forget that Concentra in the past misdiagnosed a torn meniscus and would not send me to get a MRI for over 3 weeks and their solution was I just needed physical therapy. Weirdly the orthopedic surgeon disagreed. No idea how this for-profit whatever It is clinic can stay in business but I guess corporations or whatever probably get a good deal and that's the only reason why anyone would go there because it seems like everyone is there for work related injuries or pre-employment drug tests or other employment related things. Also very strange that they only respond to 5 star reviews...

My first Yelp review. As a nurse, I saw so many things that made me feel uneasy. I know long wait…read moretimes in a clinic can sometimes happen, but 90 minutes to wait for a visit tested my understanding. Also, the man who was passed out in the waiting room seemed like he should've probably taken priority, but he was still there when I left two hours later. The multiple signs warning against violence and brutality had me wondering what sort of battle field I had walked into, and the med assistant who tried to give me a vaccine without gloves on, tried drawing labs without a tourniquet, and myriad other hygiene issues all left me shaking my head in disbelief. I'd love to say that it was probably just a rough day in healthcare, I work in healthcare, so I understand. But sadly, I think was a normal day at Concerta. Yikes.

So if you're looking for a shoulder specialist I highly recommend him. As far as the office experience I had great results with the therapists and reception. Especially since I'm in Green Bay. Their satellite office did a great job.

I am sitting here looking at my bill and am completely dumbfounded on why I have to pay a penny as they most definitely are the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. Without justification they knowingly changed my appointment time without letting me know. When I told them I had hand pain, they looked at my hands for at honest to God a one second and diagnosed me with carpal tunnel. When the shot did not work, they told me there was nothing they could do. The Hand to Shoulder Center did an absolutely horrible evacuation. I know this to be true as an occupational therapist found the simple problem in 3 minutes. Being level headed I thought maybe the doctor I was working with EXTREMELY unintelligent; I asked very kindly to switch doctors. Without warrant, they told me there was nothing else they could do for me. It was very evident to me they simply wanted money. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. In closing I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from even thinking about MAKING AN APPOITMENT as there are incredibly more professional, well mannered, respected, and most importantly helpful "hand-to-shoulder" doctors in this area. Call Dr. Sodhi at Aurora.

After a 10-day hospitalization I was transferred to the Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital for sub-acute care. At the time of my arrival to that hospital I was restricted to a wheelchair. I took two people to transfer me out of the wheelchair for any reason, such as getting into bed, bathing, or using the toilet. I was completely unable to remain standing on my own after being picked up. Walking was out of the question. As you can imagine, I was very anxious and depressed about the future. Another minor fact is that I have celiac disease, which restricts my diet from containing gluten. I am now retired, but I have a 50-year history of experience in hospital and medical care in various different areas. I cannot emphasis strongly enough the sincerity and truthfulness of the following report. I have never seen a dedicated specialty hospital as organized and committed from CEO to, housekeeping, including Medical Director, social work, dietary, nursing, OT rehab, and PT rehab so truly focused on patient welfare and healing. It was clearly obvious that for every staff member it was not just a job but was truly a calling to give genuine empathetic care to the patients under their care. By the end of my first day of treatment my mental state had changed completely. After interacting with the various staff members, you cannot help but feel safer and more optimistic regarding the future. I received at least 3 hours of mixed intensive 1 to 1 OT or PT therapy every day. On a few special days I also received an additional 2 hours of therapy. When I say intensive, that is exactly what I mean. Each therapy session was tailored to my particular healing needs. I was able to work hard enough that most days I would return to my room sweaty and worn out, but this was a good thing. I must mention the dietary staff. I was the only patient there with a gluten problem. This meant that most of the time I could not eat the majority of the food offered at each meal in the dining room. The dietary staff enjoyed coming out to my table and giving me choices of food for the next meal. It was obvious they were enjoying using their talents to prepare very good and tasty meals for me. Often, they would prepare, and set aside, a version of the meal being served that was gluten free. Other times they would prepare something completely different for me. Every single meal was excellent. One of them made a ranch type salad dressing just for me, and by the time I reached the end of the food line another of them had made me a special salad. And they enjoyed it and would tease me about it. The rehab staff were my heroes. Each of them was so enthusiastic and skilled at their craft that you could not help but be motivated to work and heal. They were an amazing group of individuals, without exception. The nursing staff were my angels. Any time, day or night, their concern, care, and kindness were unfailing. The manner in which the nurses and aides took care of their patients made all the difference in the world. I never felt like a burden to any of them. The most important fact was that after 16 days, I was not back to normal, but I walked out of the hospital, to outpatient therapy, on my own using a walker. To me it was nothing short of a miracle. It was genuinely difficult to say goodbye to such a group of wonderful people. If you, or anyone you care about, ever requires inpatient OT, PT or speech therapy do whatever it takes to have them treated at Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital. Do not settle for anything less.
