I had tried medication, therapy, acupuncture and massage. Nothing was working and I felt trapped and like my once independent, self-sufficient life had become extremely limited. I finally just googled anxiety-fix alternatives and stumbled upon Anastasia's page. I was so nervous to call and she was so calm, reassuring, and great at explaining what I should expect. Until my first session, I thought hypnotherapy wasn't something that would help but I decided to give it a try and hope for the best. After the first session, I was able to drive through town and on the freeway, without going into a complete panic attack. After my second and third session, I could make it through a meeting at work with tools and coping mechanisms she had taught me and my hands no longer shook. I finished my last session over a month ago and have been able to calm myself, and continue practicing what I have learned. Anastasia has helped me find the right path for my life, supported me in figuring out what I need, and she helped me gain confidence in myself so that I can do the things I want and need to do, without living in fear of having a panic attack. Day of there was no one available to do intake that they had setup the hours for. My husband gets a call from a random number from a Toni child's who is not a noted member of there team on the website. I call to inquire about the professional relationship between shasta options and this therapist that does not introduce herself as a working part of shasta options. I was met with snide and half hearted responses. The receptionist refused to give me her name or provide any information on their current staff of therapists. She did state that they have known Toni for 30 years so that should be enough for someone that is going to be letting their heart out, right. So disgusted with her behavior and the way this establishment has handled business.

First of all, I wrote her several times before she answered my emails. Then she asked me to text message her, stating that it is easier for her to schedule someone via text msg. in case any of her emails get lost. I text msg'd her three times. The last time stating that if I don't hear from her I will choose someone else. She then texted msg'd me back stating that she doesn't usually respond on weekends to anyone and that making appointments via phone, texting or emails is not something she likes to do. This was after asking me to text her. In her initial email to me she claimed that she wanted to "help all of me". In her text to me this morning the said that she doesn't think we are a good fit and that I should find someone else. I called her on her ridiculous ways of so-called business and she reacted like a child. So glad that I saw this before going to her. I found someone else since this crazy encounter and I look forward to seeing a professional. Not an immature individual who clearly doesn't know how to run a business. People who claim they will care for you when you see them, don't always! Be grateful that you can see their lack of character beforehand and walk away and be happy to move on like I did.
