That ended up being of the biggest mistake I've ever made. Not only did we have the same issues as the last season... they were worse. There were several monetary issues and an extreme lack of communication. The team suffered greatly because Culprit would not enforce their own contract. They ended up dissolving the team before their second competition causing lots of heartbroken little girls. Had they enforced their contract from the beginning we wouldn't have a 7 year old in a cast and the team would be competing in Atlanta this weekend. This gym does not have their clients best interest at heart and that is really sad considering that their clients are children.

It is clear their priority is cheerleading. Because of Covid and where we used to live my daughters were behind for their age, but Premier did not help. My two girls did not have great teachers, and were more babysat than pushed. They never got floor time. That was 100% reserved for cheerleaders. They were happy to simply take our money and call it a day and only leveled them up when I brought up how my girls seemed ahead of the group they were in. I put them at the absolute lowest level, so they could get used to it again and get the muscle and coordination back. I knew they would leave that level quickly, but didn't until I took action.

We paid in full a month before the party. When we arrived to the location, we were told, after having to ask, that there would not be an instructor for the class. This was very disappointing as we had told all the parents and kids that there would be one. Premier told us that all of their employees were at a competition. So, they would have known in advance that there was no instructor available and could have let us know prior to our party. We did get a $25 refund but that was only after I emailed and then called them about it. I got no response from my email so I called during business hours. They didn't seem to apologetic on the phone either. It sounded like this was common.
