I knew I was likely going to hire Oscar and his team just by the mere fact that he actually showed up (early in fact) to our appointment for the quote. Not only was he punctual, he was responsive communicative and extremely professional. they sent me the estimates by the end of that same day (others took weeks or didn't even bother to show up at all). They delivered as promise, showed up on time, and his team of 3 finished my large property in 1.5 days. My garden beds look amazing! First, let me be clear that this review is not about their services because I have never use their…read moreservices, and now never will. This review is 100% about integrity. A couple weeks ago I discovered a hole in the bottom of my chain-link fence. It was my conclusion that the hole could only have been made by the landscaper while mowing my neighbor's lawn. The next week when they were mowing the lawn, I asked the mower about the hole in my fence, and he sheepishly admitted that he had made it. At that time he understood everything I said, and I had no problem with his English. He said I needed to speak with his boss and provided his phone number. I sent a text to his boss who was less than thrilled about the situation. He basically said that his employee probably misunderstood me because he doesn't speak English and the employee said he did not make the hole on my fence. He also challenged me to prove his mower made the hole in the fence. Everything about the hole, including the size, the location and the way the mowers speed around while mowing my neighbor's lawn points to the mower making the hole. But no, I can't prove they actually did the damage. So, if honesty and integrity does not matter, hire this landscaper. But don't be surprised if something goes wrong, and they refuse to admit that they are at fault.

I was working during the snow storm, and couldn't verify if he actually plowed it until I got home. He never showed up, kept the money I paid him and refused to refund it- claiming his truck blew up. I called and texted him multiple times asking to be refunded the payment and he made up an excuse about how he needed the money so he wouldn't be returning it. Extremely unprofessional and scammy.
