Walked in and was happily greeted by Mrs. Joy herself! This establishment checks every box on my 5 star list. Husband and wife owned and operated, very friendly, clean and charming environment, and of course, delicious food. I got a square donut! It was hearty, fluffy and had plenty of glaze. As always I say please support local! Mrs. Joy's is a gem of the community and it is very clear that they know what they are doing! I would happily go back!

But first off there was no soap in the bathroom. This is my number one pet peeve because let's face it how are the employees washing their hands if there's no soap. Both our milkshakes while absolutely looked amazing the milkshake part fell short of my milkshake expectations. It was more like a little ice cream with lots of milk. Like I said maybe it was just an off afternoon or perhaps this is the way they are here, but for 30+ dollars I was expecting an awesome milkshake. You can see the soupy shake running over and onto the plate. Also no chocolate or peanut butter sauce all over the top of the build me up buttercup. I do love the mason jar though

Seating: 5 stars: lots of seating and seating outside. Price point: 4 stars: I think it's fair for what I ordered. The more elaborate the higher the prices get. Food/taste: 5 stars: this place is better than the shake shack in Atlanta as well as the sugar factory in Atlanta and Orlando. Overall: I would come back if I was in the area. The staff is warm and friendly, clean facility including the restrooms, and they serve great products. They do use blue bell icecream and I love blue bell. This place would be amazing for a birthday party or instead of doing cake and icecream for a party make a reservation and come here. I would!!! Our socks were knocked off. I'm a Cinnabon and Ann Sathers (Chicago) fan, and have tried a bunch of local bakeries claiming to have good cinnamon buns. I tried Dem "Merica" Bunz & Dem Blue Bunz Simply because I love Apple & Blueberry. Love at first BITE! Even my 2 year old, who was with me, kept asking for more. I love how the "Bunz" aren't huge and doughy like other places and you get a good amount of icing and topping. The toppings also didn't taste artificial, as they make their topping themselves. I wanted to try them all but couldn't make up my mind lol. Definitely going back to try the rest of them, and to converse with the friendly employees and owner. I can't believe she has 7 children!!!
