Tattoos are a big decision and permanent. I have many but this experience TOPS them all. Tom K. the owner moved his shop from Sarnia to his home. I came to him with a Mother Daughter tattoo as a memorial for my two daughters, two flowers for both girls, lets also mention that he had done other tattoos of mine, I was a loyal customer, showed to all my apts, never complained, paid for his over priced work even! Until this tatoo where instead of doing each colour for each daughters birthday, emerald and auburn, I looked at the tattoo where he was proceeding to colour both flowers for my two daughters EMERALD. Leaving my one daughters (auburn) MESSED right up. His fix made it worse. He told me after healing he would fix as he apologized. I also have all text messages confirming all promises. Fast forward, every time I got a tattoo he said he didn't have time to fix his mistake, kept telling me to come back until recently his new GF Marla started saying that he wasn't interested in fixing his mistake, also telling me she watched prior videos of my tattoo a, laughing saying "too bad" Tom would record the visits and show the videos to other people apparently. The guarantee of his tattoos was denied. Huge warning to all who think they can trust their artist. Tom does not warranty his OVERPRICED work.
