Fast talking salesman sat with me on front porch and I agreed to a one time service and he said no problem to cancel anytime.. said I would receive a form via email to sign for them to come. I don't write negative reviews. But I don't want others ripped off. Their product is falsely represented. And their contract is costly. Had them spray for spiders-twice!! It didn't work and got another contact to come spray. They were only willing to spray a barrier line on the outside, when my bushes were filled with webs and spiders They advertise that they can place screens over holes in your home to prevent mice from coming in. We had a place that we knew mice were coming and asked them to fix it. They said they didn't have the equipment that was advertised. After catching 3 mice in one week my 71 year old husband fixed the problem. $500 charged to disconnect due to contract!! Paid over $1000 for their service! read more

Beware of false promises with this company. They say they will come out in between services if you have an issue, but then they say they can't fit you in for next two weeks. They say they will call you back to try to schedule you in sooner but never call back. I had to call another company to service my home. Insight then is trying to charge a cancellation fee even though they couldn't perform services when needed most. I agree with previous reviews that this company is a scam. I had a nice little dude came here tell me about their service told me everything they were going to do when they came to my house it was two guys one was new and my husband followed them around to see what they want spray so the new guy came into my home as I'm sitting in my room I have kids so he did not spray where they supposed to have spray and he going to put the spray in the middle of my room doorway where my kids walk I didn't say nothing and then he going to say he put mouse traps by my water heater but didn't do that and I didn't need no mouse trap because I haven't had mouse in my house since I've been here so when I tried to call and cancel the representative going sad I have to pay a fee of $400 and you didn't do anything and it hasn't been 30 days so he tried to lower his fee if I stay on from $49 to $39 and I kept telling him I don't want the service anymore so I recommend no one do not let them come in your home to do anything cuz that spray May it worse I see a lot roaches coming out now and don't let the nice talk get you either but I'm not going to pay them anything read more

I DON'T NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR WATERED DOWN PEST SOLUTION PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. I really wish I had seen all these reviews before I signed up with them. I had cancelled before the initial visit but the salesman called and begged me if he lower the monthly price, so I sign that new lower price contact for one year. Then they came out for the first initial spray. The sprayer did spray outside and inside as I requested to be done on my contract. It killed the ants in my kitchen and yard I think because of direct contact with the wet solution. But that very same night after the solution dried up, a black widow spider came in my house. Then less than two weeks later, the ants came back. I called the company to cancel but he said my three day cancellation period passed so it's have to pay a cancellation fee of $299. So I put the account in hold for three months. Once that ends, I'll either have to continue my monthly service or pay the cancellation fee. I can go get a product that last at least a month or two from the local supply store that would work way better. I just hate that I have to give away a free $299, that I can't afford to give, to scammers. Better that than finishing this contract out for $600. They will absolutely rip you off. They'll send people door to door selling a false service. Came to my house ONCE after I scheduled appointments they didn't show up to. The only time they came to my house was the day they wanted me to sign up for service because they're "all about customer service". Dont fall for it. I spoke with a manager who said they'd cancel out my $800 charge for cancelation on top of the monthly bill I was being charged. Months went by and now they're trying to contact me again for that $800. They claim monthly service but you have to call and beg them to come out all while paying $79 a month and that's only for inside service (you don't receive by the way. Extremely dishonest. They said they would treat the entire yard, then proceeded to spray 10 feet away from the house. When I complained they said that was their normal procedure. I told them that's not what they told me and to cancel any service they thought I signed up for based on their dishonest representation of services. They said they would over the phone when I called their supervisor. However, they showed up 3 months later acting like nothing happened. When I called them, some Indian-accented guy called me back and said I would have to pay $150+ to cancel the service. I told them I would dispute any charges and would see them in court if they wanted. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!! BTW, be careful if they call you on the phone. He kept asking me questions to get me to say the word "yes". I just repeated his question back to him in the positive without saying the word. They are a scam. Door to door salesman had me sign a form of his clipboard telling me this was to confirm my credit card info was correct. I signed up for quarterly treatments at $59. Sounds geat, but in reality that is for a monthly charge for quarterly treatment. Never informed me it also was for 1 year with a $413 cancelation charge. Don't trust any door to door sales and make sure you get a hard copy of the agreement before they leave. I was sent a text that I missed 2 payments, but never received a billing - they told me they sent it electronically o my phone, but I never received it. Totally a scam. I just read the reviews, and I read them way too late. They are pulling the same scan on me. Saying that I signed up for a contract of $89 a month, for one year!!! Never did those words come out of the salesman's mouth, that I was signing up for one years contract of $89 a month, ever. The salesman knew I was on my way out the door when he came, I was in a huge hurry. Then, asking him when I signed stuff what exactly I was signing, he never said, oh ya, we're going to take $89 out of your checking account every month for ONE YEAR! He never said that to me or I never would have signed it. They sure did they take advantage of me. The problem is, I simply cannot afford $89 a month. I just got off the phone with their office and they are not going to budge. Plus, I cannot find the original contract in my emails, but yet she's saying I signed it from my phone and I never did that, never. Here's one more fact, one of their employees told me that the sales men are known for this, they are known for lying. He used those words LYING to customers. Insight Idaho does not care about their service or customers. Long story short, they sold me on their 3-visit service for one of my client's homes. I had two concerns, mice and flies. They took plenty of time to tell me that spraying for flies doesn't always work but did offer a fog treatment. I knew this because of prior experience but I was hopeful about the fog treatment. The service tech came and wasn't prepared with the fog treatment, telling me it was new, so I didn't get what I signed up for. As for mice, he also didn't do what I asked but I expected on a 2nd visit, maybe they would do better. They did not. I haven't heard from them for 3 months so I called and asked for a refund since they hadn't done the third visit I had already paid for. They said no. They did offer to schedule another visit but didn't acknowledge my issue or offer the fog treatment I was originally sold on. The customer service rep on the phone clearly did not care. $499 is a lot to pay for nothing. I didn't expect perfection on this, I just expected somebody to try and for them to provide what they sold me on. It feels like they simply lied to get my payment. read more

Worst service I have ever had with pest control first off I called them for a retreat because the first treatment did not take I told them specifically not to come before 10:00 because everything backyard front yard will be locked down this morning they proceed to come at a little after 8:00 in the morning I work I'm asleep because it's my day off so I have to call them yet again to get them out to finish their job when they should have been here anytime after 10:00 like I said not only that they are supposed to be retreating the same services they did before all because I'm still having problems well they proceed to do the outside but not the inside and thirdly every single one of the pest control companies that I have gone through we're able to take care of my main ant infestation that I always have which is on top of a slide out of my trailer and insight deliberately ignored it did not put any granules on it or anything on that infestation so far a waste of my time and there's I do not suggest their services for anyone else because all they're creating is turmoil for me at least so even though you see that I put one star do know they deserve zero Stars read more

Awful experience with this company ! First they had us pay upfront for the year even though we only received two of our 4 services. They would text me 20 minutes before showing up and I needed to actually have a schedule since we have 3 dogs and two small children who nap. They never followed up and they didn't show up multiple times. They were unresponsive and lacked a basic level of communication! They would not show up when they said they would or text/ call myself or my husband back. Just very upset with this company overall and like I said we paid for 2 services that we did not receive. I would highly recommend giving Insight Pest Solutions a try to keep your home pest and bug free. My wife hates spiders and since they started treating I have had a lot less complaints of spiders and for that matter bugs in general. If I was in need of a re-service between treatments they come back for free. Living in Idaho I didn't think there was that many bugs until they came and treated my house and later saw all the dead bugs. What gives me the most peace of mind is no hobo spiders in my basement. We had a big issue with wasps this last year (summer of 2019), and I was looking for a pest solution company that were going to be using products that were still safe for my family, especially since we have a lot of young children. Their prices were very affordable and their service was prompt! I was very pleased! After one visit during the summer, we had some ants re-establish in a different area, and Insight came right back to our house, no questions asked, and sprayed once more. I loved that! I was having a serious issue with wasps literally flying into my walls from the outside! They sprayed a product that literally stuck onto them and let them pass it around to all the other wasps!!
