That's how we found Artesian Sprinklers. This is a family business with both father and son being crazy knowledgeable about all aspects of sprinkler systems. This company not only came when they said they would, they were able to get the work done quickly and cleanly. A couple of sprinklers had gone rogue overnight and were spraying the house. One call and they were here first thing in the morning to fix them at no additional charge. The rate they charged was fair and they were truly interested in doing the job correctly and to our satisfaction. They even took the time to set up a watering schedule for us. We had to have them come back once to fix it and the problem still wasn't fixed. We asked them to come fix it again and have given them months to do it. NOTHING. Nice guys, but professionalism and communication are not their strengths, which makes it hard to really work with them. I never knew when they were coming to work or why the job got put on hold for days or weeks. I recommend you look elsewhere for yard landscaping in Rexburg. There are plenty of other companies with competitive rates.
