The place is quite busy, staff is friendly and parking is spacious but due to other clinics in the area it can get full and you have to pay for parking. I suggest you find a driver to drop you off and they can visit Kingsway mall nearby or take transit. The wait time is pretty organized so try to be on time. Same thing wait room, then screening room, another patient waiting room, & finally the appointment. Recommended for anyone who needs specific pain management but you do need a referral with a requisition from your doctor for a specific reason.

Things were timely and explained. The radiologist who gave me a cortisone injection was actually the owner and talked about how pleased she was to be able to meet the need for these services out in Spruce/Stony. She also encouraged me to come back in if the bursitis returns (after 3 months) if it lasts for a week. Good to know rather than leaving it to see if it goes away. I will definitely choose to go here again the future if I need radiology services. Found the clinic very welcoming and efficient. Everything was clean and organized.

After hearing nothing for 30 days I followed up with the Westgate location and they told me there was no schedule and it could be november before I receive a call. I understand there are wait times in the system but to have front end untrained or uninformed is unacceptable. It is unfortunate I now feel the need to write down the names of people I speak with to ensure accuracy. Suggest you look at other providers.

My experience with Dr Mihir Randeria has been always excellent. Unfortunately, he has been moved around At CDC clinic locations which made it difficult for me to get to . My experience with DATS is you are always late and the wait can go up to two hours.Fortunately I was able to Track Dr. Renderia and he is at the Ellerslie location. Being blessed a friend took me to this appointment. I was so delighted to see him . No Anxiety and no Concerns his demur and Expertise on how to work on me is amazing he has given me hope again. It was done really well and you know what he drained my baker's cyst no problem Did not feel any pain. As for the Physicians who are hearing the patients pain about the arthritis and bakers cyst .It is very difficult for a patient when they have chronic pain a in both knees and a baker's cyst a mist other health issues and to about obesity. Yes, I understand that my obesity over the years has Decade my body ,But if to be said I worked as a Crisis manager for ECSD for along time and Raising a child on my own and going back to university were really trying times for me.Now by all means that's no excuse for not looking after myself . I completely forgot the first appointment, the second one I cancelled online. I called to reschedule and they had cancelled my 3rd appointment without telling me. Now I know I screwed up missing the appointment. But to arbitrarily cancel my 3rd appointment is wrong. I tried to rebook and they will only book one appointment at a time now and I can only book the next appointment after I show up for the first, which totally screws up my pain management because it's a month at least for the next one. To punish a patient for one missed appointment after years of perfect attendance is just wrong.

I went to Insight for my initial baby ultrasounds. At my 13 week NT scan, I didn't have the proper…read moreprerequisite and had to wait for my doctor to fax it over. No worries! By the time it came, we had 15 minutes left of our 45-60 minute appointment and my tech let me know it. It was very rushed and baby wasn't cooperative, she didn't show us any photos or videos of baby. I would've been fine rescheduling if we had needed more time but I wasn't given that option! Then our results came... and baby was determined to have spinal bifida, determined after a quick and rushed 15 minute ultrasound. We were referred to a specialist, who told us there's absolutely nothing wrong with baby and that they usually don't start testing for spinal bifida until 19/20 weeks... yet it came up for a 13 week scan at Insight. Likely the spine wasn't fully developed at that point. Very unprofessional and quite traumatic of a result for something that could have been avoided. Why weren't we booked in for a follow up instead of jumping to conclusions? Why was it even a possibility at a 13 week ultrasound to begin with? After discussing this with many people, this has also been their experience with Insight. We have since switched places and will not be back.

Both ultrasounds were performed by technicians that were as charming as they were skilled. The kind technicians not only welcome your partner to join you, they also are very personable with you as a couple. Warm and informative, it is exactly the type of ideal ultrasound experience an expectant mother would want during this special time of her life. You are able to watch the entire procedure on a wall mounted large screen directly in front of you. You are given a disc of ultrasound images to take home for later viewing at no cost to you. A lovely experience!

I don't know who she thinks she is but she needs to get knocked off her high horse and realize she's more or less working for us. I would highly recommend that if you require imaging services go to the one across from West Edmonton mall if you can, you'll def feel better getting your services done there. Service award of 2021? Surprising seeing as you have a bad apple like that working there.
