I haven't done Zumba in about a year but before that I took classes regularly at a studio that has since closed. The set up is a little odd, as the back doors (that can't be used as entrances) are the ones facing the road. You go into the main door to sign in but the Zumba class was next door. They also have dance (and music I think?) classes for kids so there are lots of kids and parents around trying to sign in, pick up, pay, etc. The teacher, Myra was great. She introduced herself to me when I first came into the studio. As I said, I've done Zumba before so I knew what to expect. Personally, I prefer Zumba classes that are more hip hop based than Latin but they seem hard to find, as Zumba is more Latin music and dance based. The class was more than enough to get me sweating and working hard but I didn't feel like I was going to die. I like that the classes don't start until 6:30 which gives me plenty of time to get home from work, change clothes, and make my way to the studio (some nights they start at 7:30). They also have adult yoga, which I'd like to try. Overall, a great studio with lots of Zumba classes. I'll be back for sure!
