Absolutely loved Mollydookers - awesome relaxed atmosphere, Canadian themes and memorabilia. We had the Montreal spiced chicken wings, the classic poutine and meat brisket poutine. The beer was great too! The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful... bummer that it's so far from home! Would drive there again just for the poutine

I'm so glad I finally got the chance to eat here. The atmosphere is good, staff are extremely pleasant, prices reasonable and the food is outstanding. You can really tell that the owners have put a lot of love into this place. We had the chicken wings and onion rings for starters. I'm not lying when I say these are the best wings I've ever tasted, they come with a dry rub or sauce ( we had smoky BBQ ). The onion rings were yummy and a huge serving, we couldn't get through them all. The pizza is also next level, we had BBQ chicken and bacon ( smoky BBQ, Cajun chicken, red onion, spinach, cheese and topped off with homemade mango chipotle sauce. So yummy the base was cooked to crispy perfection, just the right amount of toppings and a good size. We also had a brownie and a maple creme brûlée for after and both were Devine. Have also tried their poutine (yum) and the fried cheesecake which was also yummy. Next time you're driving through make sure you stop here and get a great feed.

This is my favorite places to eat at Agnes. I'm a regular to the area coming up annually - more if…read morewe can manage it. The food is exceptional, the service is great, and the atmosphere is definitely small town friendly. Living in a capital city this kind of quality and service is at times absent at home! There's a gorgeous deck that you can soak up the Discovery Coast atmosphere and plan either your fishing trip, day at the beach, walks through the beautiful surrounding country or just relax. These guys do breakfast - soooo yum, lunch - just as yum and even dinner on certain days (check their website as hours change due to seasons and holidays). I often ditch hubby and the rest of the family and head on down here for some peace and quiet - and cuisine pampering! It's a must visit when at Agnes or on your way to 1770.

They've done their research on what people like nowadays and found some amazing inspiration. We sat outside on the decking which was very comfortable with spacious tables, a great amount of shade, a quiet ambience, and a lovely view of their vertical herb garden. We ordered coffees, cake and lunch. We ordered two Chicken Panini rolls which were filled with spinach, aioli, basil pesto and sundried tomatoes. Mom ordered a garden salad from the sides menu, although when it came out it was huge. A lot more you'd expect from a side salad. It was delicious and fresh she said. For someone who isn't big on eating heavy foods when going to Cafes she was well impressed and walked away satisfied. We also loved our panini rolls. The elements worked well together and it was a refreshing change compared to the customary rolls we usually see in a lot of cafe menus. The bread was lightly toasted and a nice size. The owner actually told us the baked good- cakes and bread are done in-house exclusively for the cafe, which is something not usually done nowadays. The service was supreme. It was really quite busy when we walked in during the lunch period. Even though there were several staff working, each and every one was busy in their own roles. When we queued up at the counter one of the floor staff actually started taking our order with a pen and paper while we waited for the person in-front to finish, which just lead to the counter staff entering it all in. I've never seen this level of service before, which was a wonderful surprise and very thoughtful from this floor staff member. The owner actually had a chat with us while clearing our table and told us it'd only been a week since opening and how they'd gone so well so far. She gave us some knowledge about their coffee beans saying their blend was from a high end roasterer in Byron Bay. I wouldn't doubt that since my short black was delicious- very rich, smooth, with a lovely caramel crema. Shame I'm not a local in Agnes Waters, in fact I'm right away in Adelaide, as I wouldn't waste any time becoming a regular to this little gem including pulling all my friends here for regular weekend coffees and catch-ups. Cafe Discovery is one not to be missed by any visitors or locals!!
