I am a patient of both and I can honestly say the entire staff are wonderful, easy to deal with and actually care about you and the services they provide. My behavioral health counselor Sarah is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She's one of those people you feel comfortable with right of the bat . You don't feel like you're in a therapy session, you feel like you're sitting and talking with a friend. The medical clinic is pretty much the same way, my only complaint there is some days they are extremely slowwwww! I'm not sure why that is but, it looks to me like on those days they have over booked patients. Most days I'm in my appointments on time and there are no issues but, I have had a few occasions where I've been here well over 2 hours. Which if you have a life and things to do can be very frustrating! Otherwise, this is a wonderful clinic and atmosphere. You aren't just a number here, the staff really do care about you!

Does one begin at the end of the story or the beginning? Well, from the end results I am so…read morejoyously thankful for the help and relief I have received from my limited visits with Dr Mims. I have always tried to use natural healing for ailments- like yoga for back pain and herbal teas for colds, but I had been reluctant to try acupuncture because I had not known anyone who had been treated. With several severe diagnosis recently for a myriad of health problems I was persuaded by my herbalist friend to give acupuncture a try. The two major issues I was facing were 1) endometriosis & 2)post traumatic headaches from a car wreck. My primary care Dr. wanted me to treat endometriosis with laser surgery and my neurologist wanted me to be on daily pain meds for the severe headaches. I really felt those were extreme options. My first visit with Dr. Mims I brought my husband, for support and because I was super nervous. I, then, spent the next hour describing what I had been going through, based on the form I filled out ahead of time. She would ask questions. I felt (and feel) that Dr. Mims was detailed in collecting my medical story. She set up a treatment plan which included a combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbs. I felt optimistically hopeful I would feel a difference. I have only been to see her 3 times (once a month) and literally ALL of my endometriosis symptoms have ended. and my headaches have drastically reduced! Now I am sharing my experience with strangers :) telling them to try it - I can attest to how quick and painless the treatment has been for me. And if the results for my major problems wasn't enough, she has also treated my reoccurring nightmares, fatigue and cold hands. The acupuncture and herbs have made such a difference in my life. Dr Mims is such a lovely, caring person. I look forward to visiting her cozy office.

I rarely if ever have to wait, even if I'm early. The office itself is still very new and extremely clean (spotless even). Harmony is usually the practicing chiropractor, but she has employed other chiropractors on occasion, including her husband. All were great. A word of advice: as far as chiropractors go, Harmony has a light touch. She gets the job done. However, if you like to leave the chiropractor hurting (i.e. a hard reset), this isn't the place for you. Personally, I'm fine either way, but I prefer to not be sore the remainder of the day. Overall, I would recommend this office.
